Heel mooie villa met prachtig onderhouden tuin en privé dierentuintje

Heel aangename week in Villa La Torre. Het huis is omheind en dus helemaal veilig voor kinderen. Het huis is heel goed uitgerust. De tuin is prachtig. Het privé dierentuintje is heel leuk voor de kids.

Enige opmerking : de foto's kunnen de indruk geven dat het huis iets groter is. Er zijn in werkelijkheid 2 echte kamers met twin bed en 3 enkele bedden in een open ruimte. Het huis lijkt daarom eerder aangewezen voor max 5 à 6 personen.

Wie im Paradies

Einfach überwältigend.

Die Kinder (wir übrigens auch) sind sind bei der Ankunft völlig ausgeflippt.

Einfach Traumhaft:

Der Garten, der Pool, der Zoo, einfach alles super. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause.

Der Vermieter super sympatisch, spricht perfekt französisch, hat viele interessante Tips gegeben und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Kinder haben sich stundenlang im Garten und vor allem im Zoo vergnügt.

Alle zwei Tage kommt jemand um die Tiere zu füttern, er ist auch sehr sympatisch. Die Kinder und ich haben jedes mal auf ihn gewartet um mit ihm zusammen die Tiere zu füttern.

Wir vermissen die Villa, den Garten und vor allem die Tiere schon sehr fest.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem sehr empfehlen, der einen schönen und gemütlichen Urlaub verbringen will.

Ist wohl nicht das letzte mal, dass wir dort gewesen sind :-)

Un cadre merveilleux qui fait rêver les enfants

La maison correspond en tous points à ce qui est annoncé sur le site. Le jardin est très grand, magnifiquement arboré et le zoo plutôt bien entretenu. L'accueil a été très satisfaisant par une personne sympathique et qui parle très bien français! Les personnes qui viennent pour entretenir le jardin, la piscine et le zoo sont également très agréables et les enfants ont même pu les aider à nourrir les animaux! La maison est très agréable à vivre même s'il manque quelques ustensiles en cuisine. Côté visites, si Motril est relativement proche de Grenade (45 min), la route est longue jusqu'à Malaga (plus d' 1h), Cordoue (2h30) et Séville (3h). Quelques villages très mignons à visiter cependant tout près: Almunecar et Nerja.

Point négatif: nous avons trouvé la plage près de la maison très sale et peu attractive (beaucoup de détritus).

Nous avons passé 2 semaines idylliques dans cette maison entre Motril et Torrenueva.

Tout d'abord, Carlos qui s'occupe des réservations et de l'accueil a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions et nous a donné tous les détails pour arriver sans encombres à la maison. Accueil ponctuel et très agréable.

La maison est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et a parfaitement logé notre famille (2 couples et 3 enfants).

Le jardin est un enchantement (piscine sécurisée, palmiers, petit terrain pour jouer au foot, balançoires pour les enfants ....).

Le mini-zoo est LE plus quand on a des enfants .... les nôtres adorent les animaux et disparaissaient des heures pour observer les paons, les lapins, le canard, le cochon ... Cerise sur le gâteau: on peut ramasser les oeufs frais des poules, à la grande joie des petits .... et des grands. Le tout est parfaitement entretenu par des personnes qui passent tous les 2 jours.

Pour visiter les alentours, la maison est parfaitement située: les routes sont tout de suite accessibles .... Nous avons passé une journée très agréable à Grenade.

A pied, on accède à une petite plage non surveillée, agréable pour se promener.

Pour de belles plages bien équipées, Motril et Torrenueva sont à 5mn. Nous avons surtout aimé la plage d´Almuñecar (15 mn en voiture) qui propose beaucoup d'activités.

Bref, un séjour parfait ! Nous recommandons à 100%.

very well kept private paradise

We stayed here for a week and regreted having to leave allready. Its a nice house where everything is very well in order. The interior is complete even in the small details. everything works and is clean.

The garden with private swimmingpool was wonderfull and very green. We travelled with a baby and a toddler and this was a very Good and safe location. The swimmingpool is fenced, there is a gate in front of the stairs and a high chair and babybed where provided. The swing was very nice and the grass was nice for playing. The small zoo provided entertainment and fresh eggs in the morning. The reception was very friendly, and even with our delayed flight someone was waiting for us. The only downside was that the bedroom downstairs has no airconditioning or fan and sleeping in that room was an ordeal on the 2 windless nights .

Motril climate is determined by two basic geographical factors:

-The Sierra de Lújar is a barrier that blocks the arrival of cold north winds.

-The Warm Alboran Sea, located south, which has the function of a thermal regulator.

The combination of these two factors allows the existence of a true 'subtropical microclimate'. The average annual temperature is between 17º-18º. Summers are hot, between 25º-30º and mild winters, with temperatures around 12º-13º. Frosts are a unique phenomenon in the area
