I booked this property in July for a stay September 16-18. This past Wednesday the owner sent me a message that she had booked it with someone else in May and forgot. I have had no response to my subsequent messages. I had spoken to Cece prior to booking and was assured the property was available. I had been looking for a place near Loon Mountain in order to attend the Highland games, for which I purchased non-refundable tickets AFTER our deposit check was cashed. As I cannot select the date we were supposed to go I selected the date of her last message to me.
I have been staying at Deer Park Resort for years with family and I was pleased to finally rent a unit for myself. I rented the unit for a week with a couple of friends. We had a blast! The unit was perfect for us because of the spacious rooms. The unit is located right by the river. Listening to it all day and night was very relaxing. Deer park is very family oriented with lots of activities to do. You can do a range of things from floating out on the lake on the property, warm up in the indoor hot tub, swim in the indoor pool, or play some air hockey and even rent a movie from the wide selection the front desk provides. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking to have a full filled and relaxing time in the White Mountains.
Loved this condo! It's in a great spot right in Lincoln, close to all the great attractions and shops. Roomy and cozy; my family of 4 were able to enjoy the porch overlooking the river and had plenty of room to hang out with each other or to disappear. I would definitely recommend this place. We didn't use the pool but i'm sure it's great, too.
Just returned from a week at the condo and had a great time. Completely enjoyable and would highly recommend to anyone. Went with teenagers and had a nice family vacation. We had more than enough room for all of us. Can't wait to return in the fall and again next summer. Don't want to give out too much, for fear of being booked up before us!
I also stayed last yr for the wk of forth of July it was awsome!!!I had a blast and there was plenty or rm for all of us and safe for kids as well.Cece and ed are awsome!I look forward to going every yr!!
We just came back from a 3 night stay at this Deer Park unit. It was very clean and perfect for our family of six. The view from the deck of the Pemi River was great. We used the BBQ grill down at the lake and the kids loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and pool table. The resort was in a perfect location for activities but had the feel of being out in the wilderness, with mountains, trees and the lake providing seclusion. We can't wait to stay again.
Thanks to CeCe and Rich
