  • 5 of 5

Our family has been staying at this condo for 13 years now each fall. Our two boys are now teenagers and still love coming up every year, it feels like home to us when we come. The resort istelf and area are great for families, so much to do.

Perfect for our family!

  • 5 of 5

Great condo and home base for our 4th of July vacation. We loved this condo. Very spacious living room area and big deck overlooking the river. My six year old loved his top bunk bed and the little teddy bear lamp that played lullaby was such a cute touch. Overall very homey feeling and comfortable.

Owner cancelled last minute.

  • 1 of 5

I booked this property in July for a stay September 16-18. This past Wednesday the owner sent me a message that she had booked it with someone else in May and forgot. I have had no response to my subsequent messages. I had spoken to Cece prior to booking and was assured the property was available. I had been looking for a place near Loon Mountain in order to attend the Highland games, for which I purchased non-refundable tickets AFTER our deposit check was cashed. As I cannot select the date we were supposed to go I selected the date of her last message to me.

Owner's Response: I did double book the property. However, I sent him an email to let him know. We have return all the money that was sent to us. I advise him that he could use our property FREE of CHARGE any other week end in Sept or Oct this year or next.

Perfect !

  • 5 of 5

I have been staying at Deer Park Resort for years with family and I was pleased to finally rent a unit for myself. I rented the unit for a week with a couple of friends. We had a blast! The unit was perfect for us because of the spacious rooms. The unit is located right by the river. Listening to it all day and night was very relaxing. Deer park is very family oriented with lots of activities to do. You can do a range of things from floating out on the lake on the property, warm up in the indoor hot tub, swim in the indoor pool, or play some air hockey and even rent a movie from the wide selection the front desk provides. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking to have a full filled and relaxing time in the White Mountains.

Great Condo

  • 5 of 5

Loved this condo! It's in a great spot right in Lincoln, close to all the great attractions and shops. Roomy and cozy; my family of 4 were able to enjoy the porch overlooking the river and had plenty of room to hang out with each other or to disappear. I would definitely recommend this place. We didn't use the pool but i'm sure it's great, too.

Beyond expectations!

  • 5 of 5

Just returned from a week at the condo and had a great time. Completely enjoyable and would highly recommend to anyone. Went with teenagers and had a nice family vacation. We had more than enough room for all of us. Can't wait to return in the fall and again next summer. Don't want to give out too much, for fear of being booked up before us!

Deer Park is located in the White Mountains and is close to a large variety of year-round attractions. During the winter months, there are ski-resorts within minutes of Deer Park. Some of the local mountains are Loon Mountain (5 minutes), Cannon Mountain (15 minutes), Bretton Woods (30 minutes) and Waterville Valley (30 minutes). There are many other attractions that the entire family can enjoy. Some of these attractions are outdoor activities in the warmer months (horseback riding, trail riding, hiking, fishing) and other attractions include Clark's Trading Post, Lost River, Echo Lake, Story Land, Santa's Village, gondola rides, hiking trails in National Park, and more.
