The property has everything you need for immediate occupation. If you want to enjoy a large garden with a large swimming pool, this is the property for you. The house has a stunning pool overlooking the sea and mountains. From the garden you will also enjoy views of the village of Sant Pol and the entire coast of Barcelona. The house has air conditioning (important in summer), WI-FI, digital TV and even a pool table. The main double room has a sauna. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and all of them are exterior and have access to the terrace / balcony or porch. Just a few steps from the beautiful sandy beaches of Sant Pol de Mar, all services and the railway station are a 5 minute walk. A 4-minute drive away is the golf Sant Cebrià de Vallalta and walk, 4 minutes is the tennis club Sant Pol.

The Mediterranean at its finest. No car needed since the property is located near the beach and station.
