Sleeps 5 With private garage. Seconds From Piste With Good Local Amenities

The apartment is located in Plagne Soleil, one of the 12 villages that make up La Plagne (the biggest ski resort in Europe). The apartment building sits right on the piste, so no need for a long trudge in ski boots. The flat is on the 4th floor, with excellent panoramic mountain views; the lift deposits you seconds from the piste. FREE INTERNET included.

It sleeps 5 people comfortably (one double bedroom, one single ‘espace de nuit’ and a set of bunk beds) but can accommodate up to seven with the use of the sofa bed. The balcony overlooks the main square (pisted, with only pedestrian/ski access), with views on a clear day across the resort and into the valley. The main kitchen dining area includes a fitted kitchen with 4-ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer compartment and dishwasher, and the apartment has a bathroom (with hot power-shower!) and separate WC. Board games, playing cards, books and a CD player can be found in the cupboards.

In the basement of the apartment block we have a private ski locker in which to store ski and boots etc., so there is no need to bring them to the apartment.

The village is well provided for with its own branch of the French ski school (ESF), supermarket, lift pass office, pub, excellent restaurants. You also have sole use of your own garage.

La Plagne is a huge resort and it's hard to get bored with the skiing. But each village has an individual feel and Plagne Soleil is one of the quieter villages at night. But if you want apres ski it's not far to go.But Plagne Soleil has great restaurants and has what we think is the best restaurant that La Plagne has to offer. And all the bottom of the lift shaft.

Located in La Plagne, one of the largest ski resorts in the world. With the new link (Vanoise Express) to the neighbouring resort of Les Arcs, the total ski area encompasses 160 lifts and 425km of piste. There is skiing to cater for everyone - both beginners and advanced skiers.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

A booking deposit of £250 is required at time of booking. The remainder of the rental fee is required 6 weeks before your holiday begins. At that time also a damage deposit of £200 in the form of a cheque is also required. The damage deposit cheque will either be returned to you or destroyed at the completion of a damage free holiday.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
