This cosy, comfortable 98m2 2 bedroom (with double beds, cot, wardrobes and safe), 2 bathroom apartment situated in Island Village is everything you could want from a self catering holiday, with fully fitted modernised kitchen (including full size oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven), dining area with big table ( for 8 persons) with chairs( +high child's chair) and space for a further 2 persons in lounge. The apartment comes fully furnished with flat screen TV, DVD player and sea views from the 20m2 terrace and free wi-fi. On terrace there are table with chairs under umbrella and 2 comfortable sunbeds.

Maximum accommodation is 4 persons + 2.

Tenerife has everything you want, including beautiful places to visit, each with its own special Canarian character. There is also a wonderful night life, where you can enjoy some of the worlds best cuisines, visit a nightclub, or simply sit on your own balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

The Island Village complex is located in a prestige area of San Eugenio Alto with picturesque views of the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, in the popular tourist area of Costa Adeje, with the neighbouring island of La Gomera only 35 mins away. 2 pools can be used. One is in few metres from apartment's entrance door. Next one is some steps above. Trips information you can find on Reception. There are supermarket and cafe-bar on the territory of Island Village.

Below the complex is the Aqua Park and only 10 mins away is Europe’s largest water attraction Siam Park and biggest on Tenerife shopping center Siam Mall. Nice restaurant Molino Blanco is 5 minutes away. In the San Eugenio Commercial Centre you will find the supermarket Mercadona, where you will find lots of local and international products to tempt you.

Only 10-15 mins walk away is the local beach of Puerto Colon, with white sand, complete with lifeguard and lots of shops and bars around the beach area, where you can sit and view the yachts in the cosmopolitan marina sipping your sangria.

Brilliant Spacious Apartment

As soon as our plane landed in Tenerife I received a Whatsapp message from Maureen saying she was waiting ready in the apartment and all was ready.

The apartment is in a private gated complex away from any noise or bustle. The pool is 15 meters and unused so our kids loved having it all to themselves for most of the holiday.

The apartment is well stocked with everything you need for a self catering holiday. the cooker, fridge and utensils were all clean and plentiful. The wifi was great and helped the kids with their tablets. We brought our amazon firestick which also worked fine so we had good tv options if we wanted.

The settee and beds were all comfortable with an abundance of spare sheets and towels for our stay. The washing machine helped with the constant use of the beach towels. The balcony was large with a lovely view of the see and sunset. We had many a glass of wine out there in the evenings as the complex and area around is so quiet.

We loved our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and use it again if we return to Tenerife. It is set back a bit so there is a lot of walking involved. We had no problem with this. We would usually stop off in the Toby Jug pub on the return to the apartment as a pit stop.

The only negatives I could improve on is the main bedroom could get quite hot and stuffy and could really benefit from an air conditioner. The bath is massive but the shower rail is propped across it by will power alone as it fell down most times the children used it. A proper pole with some brackets could be so easily fitted.

We loved our stay here. Tenerife never fails as a destination and this apartment made it our best stay yet.

Cute space in lovely complex

Before our trip Vera was quick and easy to communicate with through this site. On the positive side of our 13 day stay we enjoyed the space, it had a lovely flow with a great outdoor patio with sea view; beautiful in the evening! The size was just right for our family (3 adults and 2 little ones) for this length of time. The kitchen had all the basics and it was really kind for Vera's contacts out there to buy essentials for our arrival. There were lots of stairs to get to the apartment which did not bother us, we loved the exercise, along with the perfect, little pool literally outside the door of the apartment. Great location for us and not too far from beach and some decent restaurants. The complex was also quiet at night which was just what we needed!

We felt the following things need to be looked at if we were to stay there with little ones for that length of time again. The second, small shower and toilet had no extractor fan and the smell of sewage was pretty overwhelming at points. There were no fans or air conditioning so when the weather was humid (most of our stay) it was pretty warm and a little uncomfy at times. The apartment would benefit from a thorough deep clean. We have little kids and like a very clean space. Not everyone worries too much about his obviously!

The contacts out in Tenerife who were meant to meet us at the apartment from the airport provided us with unclear directions to the meeting point which was actually not outside the apartments but in a car park near by and then did not bring their phone to the meeting point. It took us over 50 minutes to find the man and had to wait with our little ones at 11.00 at night outside the wrong apartments before he finally picked us up with all our luggage. Our advice would be if you arrive at the airport get very clear directions! We had no other concern during our stay.

Nice terrace, sea views, modern equipments, nice layout

Very good communications with Vera and Noel. On arrival we got lost and Noel was very helpful in directing us. The appartment is modern and nicely equipped. The location is nice and quiet, the only thing it is quite a steep road down to the seaside, something to be aware of if travelling with elderly as we were. Overall, good place for a reasonable price.

Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet complex

Hassle free booking with good communication throughout.

On arrival we were met by Noel and his wife who showed us around the apartment and gave all relevant information.

Apartment was lovely and spacious and very clean. Two good sized bedrooms, one en-suite with a large round bath and shower over. Second smaller shower room. Kitchen was well equipt, with dishwasher and washing machine. Free to use safe and free wifi.

Terrace spacious with table and chairs and sunbeds.Small swimming pool about 15ms away, unheated but this seems to be the norm. Others on complex.

About 20 min walk to beach. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Aqualand 10min walk away.

Ample car parking nearby. Be aware there are a few steps from road to apartment.

Would definitely stay again and recommend.

A wonderful well located apartment

Arriving at this apartment in Island Village was just what I needed and expected. It's was very spacious, clean and well equipped.

As I was travelling alone it was well located to local shops, bars and restaurants. While only 5 minute drive (or 20 min walk) too two large shopping malls, Siam Water Park, a cinema and the beach of Puerto Colon and San Eugenio.

Also, as travelling alone staying at home was indeal as it had internal access, a large patio that always gets the sun and the TV was set-up to receive the UK channels.

Very enjoyable week

We have just returned from a very enjoyable weeks stay at Vera's apartment. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean when we arrived when Noel was waiting to meet us as promised. The apatment was very quiet both during the day and at night. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large terrace which made the most of the November sun from mid morning until late afternoon. The nearest beach was Playa Pinto (Puerto Colon) which can be reached by crossing the bridge over the motorway and picking up a footpath which starts just to the left of the Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach. There are some good restaurants overlooking the beach which are reasonably priced. A bit of a climb to get back to the apartment but it helps to walk off the large portions. All in all throughly recommended.
