Beau View is an exclusive gated complex built in a contemporary style and (genuinely) just a few minutes walk from Peyia Village square and all its amenities. Both the apartment and the complex offer stunning uninterrupted views over Peyia, Coral Bay, Paphos and the Mediterranean Sea. Take a swim in the large infinity pool or Jacuzzi/spa whilst you enjoy the views or relax on the sun loungers and feel the gentle breeze as you absorb the warm Cyprus sunshine. Watch the sunsets from the properties balcony or then take a gentle stroll down to Peyia Village for lunch or dinner in one of the many great traditional tavernas where you will find the best hospitality anywhere in Paphos.

The beach resort and amenities at Coral Bay are just a few km away by the coast and you have an excellent base for exploring the villages such as Kathikas with its wineries and many great restaurants or across to the Akamas Nature reserve which hosts one of the best unspoilt beaches in Cyprus (Lara).

Details of the Interior

Immediately to the left hand side on entering the apartment is a clean, modern & fully equipped kitchen which hosts all major appliances such as fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, hob & hood, oven, washing machine and microwave. The inside dining area (with table to seat 6) is open plan to the kitchen at one side and the spacious lounge at the other. The lounge is equipped with large cream leather sofas and can easily seat 5. A large wall mounted flat screen TV with Premium Channels & DVD is provided for your entertainment. The highlight of the open plan living areas is the 3 pained vertical windows which face south and afford the most spectacular views (day and night) over Peyia, Coral Bay, Paphos and the Mediterranean Sea.

Access from the lounge can be gained to the very private balcony which hosts a large table and 6 chairs. There are also 2 sun loungers for bathing in privacy. With stunning uninterrupted views as before, the balcony is the perfect place for alfresco dining and socialising with your group.

To the west side of the apartment are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with modern cubicle and fittings. The second bedroom also hosts twin beds and fitted wardrobes and has an adjacent bathroom with bath and shower.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned (modern system & included in rental price) with other extras such as hair-dryer and pool towels provided. Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included). It also features a library of 900 movies, series and children's series which is regularly updated.**

Details of the Exterior

The grounds of Beau View are accessed through a set of gates that lead into the complex and pool area. The focal point of the external areas is the stunning infinity pool with spa, the rattan style sun loungers and parasols and amazing views towards the Sea. The pillars and stone facings give a true luxury feel in this small and intimate collection of exclusive properties.

''The apartment is modern, one of 11 in an attractive well-maintained apartment building. The living-room and kitchen are big, the bedrooms compact with separate bathrooms and WC. The furnishings are simple and modern, the beds are comfortable. The open balcony is large and well equipped with a new table and chairs (which we liked very much, in contrast to the older armchair style we had last year).Wide range of TV channels, we could even watch German football at times! We were impressed by the double safety locks on the front door.

Beautifully situated with views across and down to Coral Bay. The bus service has been extended and is even better this year (in spite of the one-day bus-strike!) We really like living in Peyia, with all the restaurants and Philippi’s supermarket round the corner! Lara Beach is a natural unspoiled beach while Coral Bay is densely-populated, even in November. Swimming is better in Coral Bay. Favourite occupation : walking (or running) in the Akamas or along the coast. The little restaurant at Corallia Beach does a wonderful fish Meze for two people at a very fair price.

Yes very satisfied with your service, loads of information – we had no problems whatsoever. John and Lynn worked really hard to keep the property spick and span. They were always there in emergencies e.g. How do you get the TV on after a power cut? and were always friendly and helpful

''The villa was exactly as described on the website and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and spacious. The uninterrupted views from the balcony were amazing and included a table with 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella so perfect for relaxing at anytime of the day.

The location is perfect- only a few mins walk from the tavernas and a supermarket which sold most things- cheapest place to buy mataxa! We ate at The Art house, The Old Cinema, Peyia Tavern and Cousins- all of which were very good. Our favourite was Cousins as the food and the service was excellent (you do have to give 24 hours notice for some meals e.g. moussaka, lamb kleftico). You are also given a complementary orange dessert and liqueur (men get metaxa) at the end of the meal. Prices were good too. Easy drive into Coral Bay from the apartment too. We hired a car for the whole holiday which we used daily. (Booked via Zest) We went to Nicosia and explored the Troodos mountains. We hired an off road buggy for a day from a hire company in Coral Bay to go to Lara Bay and explore the Akamas area. Would definitely do it again.

I was very impressed with the service and communication from LetsRentOnline. Right from the beginning nothing was too much trouble as I asked loads of questions before booking and the response was virtually immediate. The information pack once we had booked was very detailed- a lot of it was information you tend to find in the accommodation so good to print out before you go. Excellent directions to the apartment. The local managers live in one of the apartments and addressed any issues we had very quickly- we had problems with the electrics and they got someone in the next day as it was Sunday then everything was fine.

We are hoping to return to Cyprus soon and to the same apartment. We had a fantastic holiday with the apartment being a major part of the reason. Thank you! Amanda .''.

''We had a lovely holiday thank you. Apartment (property) was lovely. Very spacious, well equipped. Lovely views, clean etc. couldn't fault it. Pool and poolside again, lovely, spotless. We liked the location. Nice little village ...not as touristy as the "resorts". Restaurants - we ate at the Grande in Peyia. Very good food and lots of it. We ate at Oniros by the sea - well worth a visit. We were more than satisfied with your service for letsrentonline. Especially as I asked you lots and lots of questions ha ha. You always answered and gave me detailed answers. Excellent!!''.

Beau View Apartments - best location Cyprus

We travel to Cyprus most years in November to take part in the 4-Day Cyprus Challenge, a running event organised by Arena Sports. Up until this year, we had always booked one or two weeks‘ holiday in a hotel, but this year we decided to spend more time in Cyprus and booked an apartment in Peyia with LetsRentOnline.Com. The information given was detailed and accurate and a phone call to Steven put our minds at rest as to the practicability of taking part in the race in spite of living 4 kilometres from the venue. Everything went very smoothly and we were picked up at the airport by Andy, who assured us we would have a marvellous holiday.

The location was breathtaking. We had a tremendous view from our balcony of the town of Peyia, Coral Bay and the sea. We enjoyed living in Peyia, which is built on a hill and seems to be a flourishing community with all services available. We shopped in Filippi’s supermarket which is just around the corner from Beau View apartments and enjoyed fresh vegetables and Filippi’s own freshly-made pita bread.

We did not rent a car but used the bus most of the time to get to towns and villages around the Paphos district and down to the beach at Coral Bay. We bought monthly tickets for only 40 Euros and were able to get out to the Acamas peninsula for walking trips (highly recommended) as well as to Paphos and the airport. Our favourite bus trip was the scenic route to Polis, stopping at various villages on the way. At Polis you can eat and drink at very good prices – a glass of fresh orange juice cost 1 euro and on ordering a coffee, we were given two homemade muffins to eat along with the coffee!

Beau View is a modern apartment house and our apartment was smart and well-equipped. The property managers, John and Lynn, were very helpful and coped with every eventuality at a moment’s notice.

All in all, a very successful and enjoyable holiday.

Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities. Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, water sports, sailing, wineries and much much more. Amusements and the Water park in Paphos are also easily accessible from Peyia, as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Mosaics and the Christian Catacombs.

For golf enthusiasts, Paphos area now offers 4 golf courses. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are both approximately a 40 minute drive from Beau View, Tsada golf course (now Minthis Hills) is a short 20 minute drive from Peyia. The newly opened Nick Faldo designed 'Elea Estate' golf club looks to be the new Jewel in the crown and will put Cyprus firmly on the map as a European golfing destination. The course is near Paphos airport which is just under 30 minutes drive from Peyia.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the can ski!

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia where Beau View is located on the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. Peyia is a very typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The village is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the village stores with the early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery being almost too much to resist!

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the area. It is spread over a large area with the village centre (only 200m/2-5 minute walk) having many good amenities including Bars (with Wi-Fi) Restaurants, Takeaways, Shops (Supermarket, Bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, deli) and a bank (to name but a few).
