Superb Two Bedroom Apartment Nice Centre Two minutes from the Beach

Large,bright and quiet apartment on 3rd floor of this completely refurbished Bourgeois styled building in the pedestrian area of central Nice. Stairs and lift. Dual air conditioning with independently controlled units in each of the bedrooms and in the living area. The large living area has a glass topped dining table, 4 dining chairs, quality soft lounge and arm chairs, coffee and occasional tables , flat screen HD TV with numerous satellite channels including some English channels (Sky News, CNN), DVD player and radio unit. Internet access. Broadband and WiFi. Double glazed windows overlook the main street, which when open give full access to the excellent ambience of the street below ( musicians, vendor, restaurants etc.) but when closed ensure a very quiet room. Fitted American style kitchen with 4 ring ceramic hob,large oven,washing machine and fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath, bath shower,sink unit and toilet and heated towel unit. Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable double bed with two side lockers and double wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with side locker. There is additional storage space off the living area. Both bedrooms open by French doors onto a balcony at the rear.Rue Massena has numerous restaurants and shops and is 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area of Rue Jean Medicin and Place Massena, 10 minutes to the Old Town and the Port and two minutes to the beach and Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is 60SqM.

A great location

A wonderful apartment in a great location. Comfy beds and very helpful hosts. The apartment was perfect and had everything you would need. There is cafes restaurants and shops immediately outside and the cafe opposite stores luggage for you if your flight is later in the day. Would recommend this apartment

Lovely apartment with a superb location

My husband, teenage daughter and I had a fantastic stay. The apartment is large, well equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable, shower was great and the towels were soft and looked brand new. The location was the best. A few minutes walk to the beach and to a small supermarket and some great restaurants and shops right outside the door. I would definitely recommend a stay here and if I get the chance to return to Nice I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location!

I stayed here with my husband and our 2 adult daughters. We were met by Alexandra who was very friendly and extremely helpful, advising us on where to visit and how to travel . The apartment is beautiful . We have travelled extensively and it was the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. The neighbourhood is brilliant… brimming with restaurants and cafes. There are 2 local supermarkets. We spent time in Nice Old Town, Menton and Monaco on our 5 day stay. The apartment is within walking distance to buses, trams and trains . What made this an outstanding experience was the communication with the owners , Rose and Charles. From the day I booked, they sent excellent info about the apartment and Nice. Would highly recommend… we will be telling all our friends and family!

Lovely apartment, great location.

Communication with Rose, prior to our visit, was A*. From the moment we arrived till the day we left we had a fantastic time. Dermot met us (nice chap) and gave us the keys, showed us around and gave us some advice regarding where to go. The welcome pack of bread, butter, jam, crisps, sweets and most importantly bottle of wine went down a treat. Thank you. The apartment is spotlessly clean, roomy and well equipped. We loved the hustle l and bustle of the street below. Locals and tourists eating, drinking and having fun but as in other comments you don't hear a thing when the windows are closed. The balcony around the back of property is a little suntrap and ideal for a morning coffee and a sun bath during the day. Everything you need is within walking distance. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beach and only a 45 minute bus ride to Monaco which is a bargain at 1 Euro 50 each way. We will definitely be returning. Thank you all for an amazing holiday.
