Great place to stay
We arrived late at night from Barcelona and Rose had arrange for Lorna to meet us - she even came down to meet taxi and helped us with our bags and made us very welcome - all at 11pm! Fantastic location - close to beach, old town and railway station and everything you could want. Lots of helpful information in apartment regarding transport, tourist attractions, shopping, doctors, etc - very welcome compared to many other places. Able to walk everywhere. Wished we could have stayed longer.
Thank you Pam. We are happy you enjoyed your short visit to a Nice and hope to welcome you back for a longer stay in the future.

Wonderful apartment in a central location
We spent a week in this apartment and loved it. The location is on a walking street so parking is an issue. However we found that if you book parking in advance at the Gare Theirs parking lot with interparking-france.com the cost is only 10 euro/day with unlimited in/out privileges. The parking lot is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment itself is completely remodeled. It has new flooring and kitchen and bath fixtures. The furniture is quite nice - plenty of seating and light for reading. The best feature are the windows in the living room. If you want to feel like you are in the middle of the noisy walking street below, open the windows. If you want peace and quiet, simply close the windows. The closed windows completely block the sound from the street below.
We really enjoyed walking everywhere in Nice. This apartment is central to everything. The owners are quite nice and are happy to help with questions about where to eat and what to do. The building has a secured front door and an elevator. We highly recommend this apartment!
Thank you Jeff,we are delighted you liked our apartment and that you and your wife enjoyed you holiday in Nice. I will pass on your parking tip to our future guests.
It was a pleasure having you.

Fantastic apartment in a great location
Just spent a week at this apartment and it was fantastic. Located centrally with all facilities within five minutes walking distance. The apartment was clean, uncluttered and extremely quiet, with a large lounge, 2 good sized bedrooms and a roof terrace/sun trap.
definitely worth a visit, we'll be back.
Lorna was a great help from directing taxi drivers to directing ourselves and a
pleasure to deal with.

Great Location! Gorgeous Apartment!
Great central location! Just a few minutes walk to the Seafront/Promenade with really nice shops and restaurants near by! Really homely, spacious, bright apartment! Nice was a great base to do day trips to Monaco, Antibes, St. Paul-de-Vence and Eze, and public transport was really easy. You can also do boat trip to St Tropez! The owners were lovely to deal with and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and left a welcome pack for us! Nice touch I thought! Will definitely stay in this apartment again! Thank you Rose and Charlie, we had such a great time!
Thank you so much we are happy you and your friends enjoyed your holiday in Nice and found our recommendations helpful. We find those restaurants very good and are glad you enjoyed them too.
We would love to welcome you back if you return to Nice for future holidays.

Lovely apartment. Roomy light and airy.confortable sofa and beds. Loved the terrace at back of property for breakfast and lunch. Ideally situated for exploring Nice and surrounding tourist attractions, a two minute walk will bring you to the beach and Promade des Anglaise. Enjoy the wonderful sea views here while relaxing on the famous 'blue chairs'. The famous Negresco Hotel with its Art Deco collection is a short distance away The Old Town is 5 minute walk from the apartment with its many restaurants, churches and historic buildings. In Coeur Salaya you can buy flowers, fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, cheeses and exotic spices at the country markets which operated here daily except on Monday when there is an antiques market. The Château overlooks the Old City and the Bay de Anges all the way across to the airport. The views are magnificent and more than justify the steep climb. There is a lift to the top if you wish and the small tourist train you can get on the Prom will also bring you there. The Château also has Roman ruins. Nice is ideal for museum and art lovers with Musee des Beaux Arts, the Museum of Modern Art and the Opera House all within walking distance. A short bus trip will take you to Cimiez where you can visit the Mattise Museum, the Roman Ruins and the Monastery and gardens. This is a must. Nearby attractions also include the” must do” trip to Monaco, the exotic gardens at Eze , with its magnificent view across Cap Ferrat and Nice (must see), the perched village of of St Paul de Vence, which is famous for its art galleries and the nearby Meaght Foundation, Antibes and, of course the film festival centre at Cannes. Also Cagnes-Sur Mare where you can visit the Renoir Museum and Garden(check opening times). The gardens at the Villa de Rothschild,Cap Ferrat are 20 minutes by bus and are superb as are the sea views on the way there. Bus stops for all these areas are between 2 to10 mins walk from apartment and cost €1.50 each way, including to Monaco and to the ski slopes. All transport within Nice by bus or by tram costs €1.50 Trains from Nice Central station cost a little more but are inexpensive. Nice Central is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. A tram from nearby Place Massena will also take you there.
