Gulls Way is a cosy, romantic one bed apartment, French doors open from the living area to a small balcony, perfect for yacht/boat watching with a glass of wine. Located on the edge of the town in the Packet Quays development, it offers amazing views of the Estuary and Falmouth Bay.

This lovely little apartment is perfectly positioned (one minute walk to the town centre) to enjoy the local facilities in Falmouth, the beautiful beaches and, of course, the exceptional sailing waters of the Fal Estuary.

Gulls Way sleeps two in one mezzanine bedroom, with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space if needed, one bathroom and the added benefit of a secure undercover parking space.

We booked Gulls Way mainly because of the view and it really was stunning. The apartment was clean, warm and cosy. It had everything that we needed and the location was perfect. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others and would book it again if we ever return to Falmouth.

A delightful bijou split-level apartment with everything you need in a base to explore the S. West

We stayed as a couple, and Gulls Way was ideal. With the bedroom and bathroom on the mezzanine, the living area and kitchen are on the ground floor. Built on a steep slope, the apartment gives magnificent elevated views over the Fal river, with vistas of moored boats, rolling hills and magnificent houses on the opposite bank. A look to the right takes in the Falmouth dock area, while the marina is to the left. This view is ever-changing with the weather, and you really don't need the DVD-enabled TV to provide visual entertainment.

Clean and tidy with adequate cooking utensils and facilities, Gulls Way will suit mobile people of any age. A small library is provided, and the bottle of Rosé wine was a nice touch. There is a space in the complex's multi-storey car park immediately over the road. It is immediately next to the entrance, and while the space is tight it is manageable, with ample room for manoeuvre. Our mid-sized estate was parked next to a Land Rover Freelander without risking bumps to our doors.

Overall, a wonderful find and a great base from which to explore. The town is a short walk away (but you get to carry your shopping back up the hill!). Don't miss the Star and Garter pub restaurant just a few doors down - a great dog-friendly welcome with wonderful food that would grace any London gastro-pub.

There is a sofa bed in the main living area. I can't speak to its comfort as a bed, but it was fine as a sofa. I imagine that if you have kids in the bed, your evenings are very restricted as there is nowhere for the adults to interact while the children sleep. Fortunately for me, those days are long gone. Enjoy this welcoming retreat.

Lovely apartment with spectacular views

Very well equipped apartment. Nice bottle of wine left for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Views were amazing. Very close to the town and good restaurants nearby. We were also able to take our dog. Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent views

The apartment was great, with excellent views over the harbour. (which is why it was chosen). The kitchen whislt small, was ideal.(even oven gloves were supplied!) I do all the cooking on holiday.

Good Views, Great Location

The apartment was accurately described. The views from the lounge are outstanding. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The parking space is a real bonus (although quite tight if you have a large car). The bathroom ceiling is low, giving taller people difficulty showering. The huge advantages are being situated just at the top of the High Street everything is easily on hand, walking distance for days & evenings out (in fact we rarely used our car). We would happily stay there again when visiting the area.

Great Studio Apartment

The apartment is well laid out. Fast internet, secure parking on the opposite side of the road. The kitchen is tiny but this is not a problem due to the well designed layout. I cooked all our meals in there no problem.

The bed and storage area is fine. But, the bathroom ceiling is very low. I am 6' 1" and just about got bye.

The view over Falmouth harbour is excellent. Always some movement etc. Did not feel the need to watch any TV.

Close enough to the town for a pleasant stroll after the evening meal, but noise never a problem. Late night opening shop nearby for those odd grocery items.

Plenty to do in the local area, NT membership a must.

Our first stay in a studio apartment. I might well return!

Gorgeous views

Lovely apartment, gorgeous views. Lovely to watch the boats with a glass of wine (thanks for the free bottle) . Handy for the town, nice to not have to drive, but secure parking space just across the road, no worries about where to park. We will be back, many thanks

Falmouth is home to Cornwall's National Maritime museum, Pendennis Castle and Rick Steins new restaurant and fish & chips.

There are passenger ferries to St Mawes and past wooded creeks and pretty hamlets to villages along the Fal and Helford Rivers.

There are diving and sailing schools, yacht charter, skippered cruises, water sports centres, whale and dolphin watching and fishing trips.

Falmouth's beaches, Gyllyngvase, Swan pool, Castle and Maenporth all have lovely white sands. Opposite Swan pool beach there is a tranquil nature reserve teaming with the local wildlife.

Falmouth is a great base to explore the rest of cornwall, Eden project, Lands End, St Micheals Mount to name a few...
