About Angela March
We have been vacationing as a family since 1940's. My parents built our first house across the street. The architectural plans cost them $25 dollars! Can you believe it?!! In the 80's we moved across the street to where we are now. It is simply a treasure for our family and now next 2 generations. I'm retired now, but I was the NYU Director of Financial Aid in the 80's and later DC Tuition Assistance in Washington D.C.
Angela March purchased this Cottage in 1940
Why Angela March chose Lagoon Heights
The yard is a favorite amongst our guests. As my mother used to say: "This is as close to heaven you can get!"
What makes this Cottage unique
Large deck, massive backyard and an awesome daily sunset guaranteed. Here's a reviews by a former guest: "It was exactly what we were looking for. Very comfortable and clean. The house is in great proximity to the restaurants and shops in Oak Bluffs. It's about a 5 minute drive. Also, very easy to get over to Edgartown to see that part of the island (just a 15 minute drive). Overall, great house, great location, and great mini vacation. I recommend this place if you plan to the visit."

Had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Superb location!
Quaint cottage that is ideally located!
What a view!
We stayed a week at March Cottage on Brush Pond. The view from the deck is incredible. The property is well maintained and yard well manicured. Love the many flowers. It was a great location, quiet and private. The only challenge was the kitchen. It is very narrow so one person at a time. But has everything and more you could ever need. We had two "cooks" and we're very happy with all the appliances. Beds were all comfortable. Loved the clothesline. Thanks, Angela, we would love to come back and stay at your place again.
Kim thank you very much for your compliments. We're just catching up with much needed paperwork and caught your review. Yes the galley kitchen is narrow we try to duplicate items at each end hoping that will help having to squeeze by the cook(s) every time you need something. Thanks again and we look forward to your return as well. Have a happy and safe winter!
The house was perfect for my family (we had 4 adults and 1 child). The house was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed to feel comfortable staying there. It was great working with Angela and Nichole to arrange the accommodations. I think my favorite part about the house was the back yard. It was spacious for my son to run around and had beautiful views of the marsh. My only suggestion for anyone that stays is to bring a car or bike. You can walk to town but it is a bit of a hike (although we did it a few times).
Would absolutely stay again
Thanks Angela and Nichole!!
This is how a this process should always work!
Kim T. and family were great guests! I highly recommend if she is considering renting your place. Very clean and a smooth process from start to finish.
