Bicycling Mecca! Cozy Fruita home near the Colorado National Monument!

My family and I had a great time when we stayed at this house for a weekend. I came with a group of six people and we were very comfortable. The house is well-maintained and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that there were extra blankets and supplies for cooking. From the house, we could get to some hiking trails within a few minutes and to the Palisade wineries in about 20 minutes. The homeowner was great at communicating with us. I would definitely look to stay here again for our next trip.

My girlfriends and I took a girls weekend away and stayed in this beautiful home. It was well maintained and set in the most beautiful of surroundings. Easy access to I-70 and close enough to shops in Grand Junction but far enough away to feel like big city life was left behind. Gene was always courteous and prompt when corresponding with him and our deposit was refunded very quickly. We would definitely stay in this home in the future!

Took a last minute weekend mountain bike trip with 2 other friends and this house fit all of our needs. I-70 access is only a minute away and downtown Fruita just a few more. The owner, Gene, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking process (VRBO website was having technical issues) and during our stay. Our deposit was returned promptly as well. The home was very clean and comfortable, appliances were in great shape, and we were very happy with the amenities. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

This house is in a great location in Fruita, close to I-70 and in a quiet neighborhood. Gene is very responsive and an excellent host. We were a group of 5 women in town for a bike ride event and this place was perfect. I also received my damage deposit back the day after checkout. Great for visiting Colorado National Monument, biking and wine country!

Gene was very responsive to my text and e-mail. The property is exactly as described. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Fruita, the 18 Road mountain bike trail system, and the CO National Monument west entrance. Would definitely stay there again the next time I'm having fun in Fruita.
