About the property

This is one of 2 adjacent top floor 2 bedroom properties overlooking one of the infinity pools. With a sofa bed in the lounge, the apartments sleeps 4-5 guests comfortably each. Both apartments are fully equipped with modern appliances and are in excellent condition. These two properties have an interconnecting gate on the terrace, ideal for 2 families or a large group to rent. The indoor space i 66,8 sqm and the terrace is 18,5 sqm.

The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron. The apartment is fully equipped with cookware, china dinnerware and cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The indoor dining area seats four comfortably but has an extending table to seat six if required. The living area has a fold-out sofa bed, a 32" flat screen TV, DVD-player and a A/C unit.

In one bedroom with a sliding door to the terrace there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds that can be zipped together into one double bed if needed. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and A/C units. Bed linen and towels are provided for.

Both apartments have a modern tiled bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, shower screen, towel rail, mirror and cabinet over as well as under the basin.

On the terrace overlooking the infinity pool, lake as well as the mountains, there is a built in BBQ, outdoor furniture and 2 sun beds. The outdoor dining area seats six. There is an interconnecting gate on the terrace, to be opened if both properties are rented.

Damage Deposit $61.53

A deposit of 25% per booking is payable with the balance due no later than 4 weeks before the commencement of the rental period. For bookings made within 4 weeks from the start of a rental period, the full rental is payable on booking.

A mandatory 85 EUR cleaning charge which includes before arrival and after departure cleaning, is added to the rental fee. Arrivals and departures outside normal business hours (12am and 7pm) will be charged at 10€ per hour wait time.

There is an additional charge for A/C electricity only. There will be a 10€ credit on the A/C meter on your arrival. 10€ should cover a 3 day stay. This is NOT for general electricity, so the lights will not go off in the night etc! I am not entirely comfortable with this charge but hope it will encourage sensible use i.e. not leaving A/C on all day when unoccupied.

Welcome packs are available for 38€ at arrivals. Welcome packs consist of the following items. Bread, Butter, Jam, Eggs, Bacon, Cornflakes, Milk, Tea, Orange Juice, Water, Wine or Beer.

The owners of the property, shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise to guests at the property.
