Great cottage in a great location.

  • 5 of 5

I had a wonderful time in this cute and well equipped cottage which is in a wonderful location, with easy access to closeby restaurants and services, and the rail bike trail. It is also centrally located with easy access to almost anywhere on Cape Cod. The cottage was clean and well maintained and Evelyn was very helpful with any questions I had and communicated well in the booking process and about activities and places to see while at the cottage. I especially enjoyed the Land Ho restaurant and the Cottage bakery in Orleans, and the Eat Cake for Breakfast Bakery, which is about a mile away, and can be accessed on the bike trail.

Delightful Cozy Brewster Cottage

  • 5 of 5

This cottage met all our expectations and exceeded them! The online description is completely accurate, all the amenities in perfect order, and great customer service without a moment of interference with our privacy. It was immaculate and the peace and quiet were wonderful. The location is ideal for biking, right on the CCRT. It is close to great restaurants in Brewster and Eastham as well as an easy car ride to Chatham and east to Provincetown. We highly recommend this property and will be back again.

Just perfect for our family of three

  • 5 of 5

We loved this cottage. It was just as we needed after a hectic week in Washington, NY and Boston and suited us, as a family of three, perfectly. Was pleasantly surprised at all the extras that I wasn't expecting (iron etc). Location was great, close to good coffee (Snowy Owl), bagels (Momma's) and muffins (bake shop across from Momma's) as well as the book store and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. A perfect holiday. We hope to be back.
