Cleanliness: This apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing! Beach Towels: While we do provide towels for each guest, we can supply beach towels for hire at a charge. Changeover Day: Changeover day is typically Saturday but we will consider changeovers on other days. We will try to accommodate if possible.

Clean, well attended, decent location, good facilities

From pre holiday contact to check out the process has been seamless and well organised. The apartment is well equipped, set out brilliantly and the balcony adds the much needed outdoor space (this gets the sun for most of the morning). The pool was clean and well attended. Cannes La Bocca is a thriving little town with all amenities within walking distance. The train system is fantastic and meant most holiday makers wont need a car - there are weekly train offers available. To improve things further maybe an inventory of where stuff is in the apartment would help (sun beds, vacuum etc)

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement contemporain avec un grand balcon. La piscine dans la résidence est propre et agréable car très peu de gens y vont. Il y a donc toujours de la place. La résidence est proche de la plage, des arrêts de bus et de petits commerces. Nous recommandons cette location en espérant y retourner l'année prochaine.

Great apartment to spend a lovely time in Cannes

Nice and comfortable condo to stay in Cannes. Very well located and close to the beach and many other places such as restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, train station. The apartment is very well maintained and has everything needed. I just missed a coffee machine. The good Wifi is also a plus. Even with the pool that is a bit small we had a chance to get relaxed and our children spent great afternoons there. Suggested to have also locked the main entrance as it seems external people use the front part of the building as toilet during the nights as entrace was always stinky. Despite this detail, overall we are very satisfied. Thanks Catherine.

Excellent apartment. Excellent location.

Mom, Dad and two boys 5 and 8, this is our feedback: Clean and spacious apartment with a balcony big enough for breakfast and dinner. Sunny in the morning, lovely shade in the evening. Located on a one-way street with little traffic. Yes, there is a train station at the end of the road, and no, we did not hear it at all. Kitchen is fully equipped with decent pots, pans, knives etc. Private parking in the basement is a plus. The pool is not the biggest in the world, but it is well maintained and the water is clean. Shopping is very near by, a very popular bakery literally around the corner. Great croissants. Flawless communication with the owner Catherine, and good service provided by a local english-speaking caretaker. Friendly neighbours too. We would definitely love to come again :-)

Excellent apartment with good location

Excellent apartment were we enjoyed two and a half relaxing weeks - mostly spending our time at the nearby Plage du Midi or by the pool. The location is perfect - quit neighbourhood but still close to the sea, restaurants, shops and Cannes.

The bedding configuration in the second bedroom has changed from two single beds to a double bed (plus two foldaway beds).

The owner, Catherine, always answered my e-mails promptly, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Perfectly located & excellent all round!

Myself and my husband travelled to Cannes for a week last year. Catherine, the owner, was a pleasure to contact and answered all our queries quickly and pleasantly.

This property was like a little home from home. It has everything you need. Firstly, the apartment itself is immaculate, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, it has extremely comfy beds and plenty of space for a group of people as well as a couple. We spent most of the time in the apartment on the lovely balcony, eating most meals out there. We also loved having the wifi to allow us to stay in touch with people at home (if we wanted to!). We went to the pool most days and often had it to ourselves or only sharing with one or two other people! No problem getting sun loungers here!

Secondly, the location is ideal. The apartment is a short walk out of Cannes and thus it feels more like the authentic France. But you can easily walk along the beach promenade to either Cannes or Mandelieu or get a very cheap (€1) bus to town. These run late, allowing you to stay out for as long as you want and still come back to the tranquility of the apartment. There is the most amazing boulengerie beside the apartment with croissants to die for and well stocked supermarkets and chemists only a 2 min walk from the apartment. You can easily travel to other parts of the Cote d'azure via train, bus or car and also inland to beautiful Saint Paul de Vence.

Overall, I'd recommend this apartment for anyone seeking relaxation and the opportunity to explore the beautiful Cote D'Azure, you won't be disappointed!

For anyone not having been to Cannes before, Cannes La Bocca is a charming little town 2.8 kilometres along the coast from Cannes with numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a local market. This apartment is situated on Rue Antoine Brun - just 4 minutes walk from the beach.

The rates above are inclusive and cover the provision of linen and towels for up to 6 people, use of the pool, wifi internet access, private parking.

An additional charge of €70 is payable for the final cleaning of the apartment on departure.

You can book this property online using Visa or MasterCard.
Additionally, we require a fully refundable Breakages Deposit of €200 for each booking.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
