Urbanization Los Monteros Palm Beach is a very well maintained front line beach community, a child-friendly, gated complex with 24 hrs security and a manager for assistance, surrounded by lush subtropical gardens and with direct access to the long, white, sandy beaches. For sure one of the nicest beaches on the Coast! The beautiful gardens contain 2 big swimming pools, one directly beside the beach. The famous town of Marbella is just a 10 minutes drive away and Puerto Banus with its luxury yacht harbour and abundance of exclusive restaurants and designer shops is a 15 minutes drive. Golfers have the choice among some of the best golf courses in the area - the well known Rio Real Golf course stretches alongside the complex down to the beach. Fantastic location - best beach family holidays!
The complex Palm Beach is fantastic - directly at the beach with its own beach restaurant. The beach is the best in the area! The apartment is lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The underground parking is a bit tight for a big car, but we were shown another one just beside, so all was fine. The place was very clean and well looked after. Beds niceely presented, kitchen well equipped. Free wifi. The lovely terrace has views to sea and golf and a piece of garden around. Lovely holiday home for a family like us (4 adults and 3 kids). We will definitely come back!
One of the best spots on the coast, 30 min. from Malaga airport, nestled nicely between the bustling Puerto Banus with its great shops, port, restaurants and night life and Marbella with its city life from old to new. Orange Square has mouth watering and open air eating. The beach is minutes walk from the apartment and supplies a traditional Spanish beach bar. Antonio Banderas, the famous Spanish hollywood actor, has a mansion left of the beach and sometimes runs past when there in the mornings! You can walk on the beach to Marbella for dinner we are that close and saves on taxis! There are quaint villages of tourist interest in the hills such as Ronda or Mijas, with great swimming reservoirs and donkey rides. Water parks, zoos and botanical gardens are also close by. Los Monteros hospital is across the road.

We charge 120 € extra for the final cleaning. Booking deposit : 50 % of full rent , remaining amount is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of €.500 € to cover breakages and damage is refundable. Possession of the property is available from 14:00hrs. The premises must be vacated by 10:00hrs on the day of departure.. Prices for Christmas/New Year/Easter can be higher
