A simply sensational 3 bedroom ground floor apartment in the heart of Kensington, benefiting from high ceilings, original features and contemporary furniture throughout. The property is part of a very smart mansion block.
One could not ask for a better located apartment. The property sits amongst the other fabulous Kensington properties. The apartment is ideally located being a short walking distance to a plethora of museums, shops, transport links, gyms, casinos, restaurants, bars and cafés.
Ground floor only. The property comprises a generous reception room/dining room, a modern well-fitted kitchen, a stunning master bedroom. There is also a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with one single bed and a second fold away single bed and a family bathroom.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating. The fully-fitted modern kitchen is equipped with an oven & gas hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. In the living area there is a flat screen digital TV & DVD Player. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. No animals are allowed at the property. Regrettably smoking is not allowed.

Ideal if you are here for business or leisure. You can enjoy a good cuppa in the living room whilst watching the world go by outside!
After living in Kensington for 3 years, we wanted to rent a flat in the same area. The flat was perfect. Nicely decorated. Had everything we needed such as towels, linens, hair dryer, soap, everything needed for the kitchen. Had 2 queen beds and a room with a single and another single could be put in there. Only thing we didn't love but got used to was the shower/bath. The bath is quite deep so even though there are steps to get into the shower/bath, it is not the most convenient but it was fine for us. As far as location, it was perfect. Waitrose around the corner for groceries, everything you could want on the high street a block away as well as the busses are right there and the tube station is less than a 5 minute walk away. Our favorite place to eat, The Abingdon Pub, is half a block away. Much better than a hotel room...great flat.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This flat was just perfect for our family. Wanting to be in Kensington (we lived in the neighborhood for 9 years), the flat is situated just off High Street Kensington. Waitrose (grocery) just around the corner, tube station 5 minute walk, bus stops two minutes away for 9, 10, 49, 27, 28, 328 all of which get you to anywhere in London (Chelsea, Harrods, Piccadilly, Hyde Park Corner/Oxford Circus, Madame Tussaud's/Kings Cross Station, Paddington Station). London is at your fingertips from this location.
The flat is nicely fitted with comfortable furnishings, dvd player, wifi. The kitchen had everything needed for a quick meal. The owners were kind enough to leave a supply of products for the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and washing up. A very comfortable accommodation which we would gladly stay in again.

With beautiful tree lined streets, stucco fronted town houses, stunning square gardens, trendy eateries, shops and meeting places and not to mention Kensington High Street, it is easy to see why Kensington is so popular with tourists and residents alike.
Neighbouring the equally affluent Knights bridge, Chelsea, and Kensington proper, South Kensington covers some of the most exclusive real estate in the world.
Kensington is well served by public transport. Most of Kensington is served by three stations located in the Travel card Zone 1: High Street Kensington, Gloucester Road and South Kensington. All three are served by the Circle Line which connects them to London's railway terminals. The District Line also serves all three stations, albeit on different branches; it links the latter two to Westminster and the City. The Piccadilly Line also links South Kensington and Gloucester Road to the West End in about 10 minutes, and in the other direction to Heathrow Airport in about 40 minutes. In addition Kensington (Olympia) in Travel card Zone 2 serves the western part of Kensington, with District Line trains to Earl's Court and High Street Kensington. (West Kensington station is not in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.)
