On entry to the Villa, we have the Dining area, main double bedroom with on suite bathroom and main kitchen and Lounge with triple aspect windows giving scenic views over the Valley to the village of Benitachell. Down stairs second kitchen with family room, shower room, twin bedroom and a further double bedroom with patio doors leading outside to the pool terrace and Utility room / outside Shower.

This Area has great views and local shops such as Mas-y-mas supermarket with in walking distance along with a indoor swimming pool and tennis courts and is situated in a quiet and friendly area the people are very helpful

What makes this villa unique

The property is situated at the highest point which is great for views and not being overlooked it was built for us and has ample parking for three cars has Satellite TV all bedrooms have ceiling fans, Internet (WI-FI, free) this has been our family home and is well equiped including baby travel cot and high chair

amazing villa

beautiful villa, very clean and spacious. Views in the evening are amazing. The villa is well equipped, everything is in perfect condition.

Location is excellent - just 10 minute drive from two major beaches - l'ampolla and arenal. Arenal is much bigger, but also busier. Our favourite was l'ampolla in Moraira - easy to park at any time of the day in July (in shade if you are lucky), sandy beach, perfect for children. We kept to the right side as there was some seaweed on the left side. Cafe at the beach is not the best, but if you walk to Moraira, there are lots of good restaurants and an ice cream parlour. Other two beaches we visited - Cala Moraig and Portixol are beautiful, but parking can be a problem, both got pebbles that rather difficult to walk on barefoot and it gets deep pretty quick, - not for us as we were with small children, but worth the visit in the evening.

There are two supermarkets nearby - Masymas which you can see from the terrace and Mercadona on the way to Moraira.

Perfecte vakantiewoning

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in de villa. De villa was zoals beschreven en zoals op de foto's. Er waren geen tekortkomingen aan de villa. Alles was aanwezig en alles was goed onderhouden en proper. We hadden ook 100% privacy, wat wij belangrijk vonden.

De eigenaars evenals de onderhouders van de villa waren super vriendelijk. Ze vonden het belangrijk dat we ons goed voelden op vakantie en niets tekort kwamen. We mochten hen altijd contacteren als er vragen waren.

Voor een gezin van 4 was de villa zeker heel ruim. Ons zoontje van 6 en dochtertje van 11 maanden genoten enorm van het zwembad en wij natuurlijk ook. Het zwembad en de lakens en handdoeken werden wekelijks verschoond.

Er waren ook genoeg supermakten dicht bij in de omgeving, waar je ook elke dag verse vis kan vinden.

We verbleven hier 2 weken en we hebben ons alleszins niet verveeld. De ligging was ideal om andere steden te bezoeken, zoals Javea, Moraira, Calp, ..., en zelfs Valencia was slechts een uurtje rijden.

Ik zou deze villa aanraden bij iedereen aanraden.

We komen zeker nog eens terug.
