Master suite features king-sized bed, 32 in. TV, bath with jacuzzi, and sliders leading to deck and private outdoor shower. Second floor has cathedral ceilings and a sun-drenched great room with new wood flooring and renovated kitchen. A stone fireplace with driftwood mantle separates the living and dining areas. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. Energy Efficient Washer/Dryer. Second master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a third full bath. No pets. Sunday to Sunday rental. My grand kids described it as “better than awesome.” Rained Sunday evening after we arrived and rained again Sunday morning as we were packing the cars. In between, glorious weather. The house was in great shape. Kudos to your house manager and cleaning staff. It's pleasant to walk in and find all in order and a cool house. No panic to open windows and look for fans. Thank you for the AC! Will be in touch about next year's rental soon. Thanks again for keeping a comfortable property.

Best Place to Stay on the Vineyard-HANDS DOWN!

This home is probably the best place we have ever had on the Vineyard. Jeff, the owner, has provided for anything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with every convenience and the appliances are a WOW. This beautiful home is well located minutes from the beach and 5 minutes drive to shops, groceries etc. And I can't say enough about Jeff. He is so considerate and welcoming and is always available if needed. Can't wait to go back next year.

Fantastic House, Perfect Location

We had a phenomenal stay.

The house was exactly as advertised. The dual porches were fantastic for getting fresh beach air and sun at the house, and South Beach is a 10 minute walk. The surrounding trees give great privacy, and we slept great with no sound from the surrounding homes.

The location of the house provides super easy access to downtown Edgartown, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a vacation on the island.

Beautiful and comfortable island home

This home is spacious and cozy at the same time. The photos in the ad do not do it justice. It's in a fantastic location with Edgartown a very short drive away and close to the beach yet it is very private. Jeff and Ray, the owners, have seen to every comfort and need for their guests. It's well stocked, well furnished and very very comfortable. We will certainly come back next year.

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location

This house is beautiful! Exactly as advertised. The home is extremely well maintained and located on the most desirable part of the island. Great location, quiet street, and two minutes to the bike path and then a short ride to Edgartownor a short walk to South Beach. The home is well laid out with a spacious kitchen and living room upstairs. There's also a large deck on the upper level with great views. We had breakfast on the deck every morning. The owner (Jeff) was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be returning to this property next time we come to Martha's Vineyard.

Lovely Trip to Martha's Vineyard

We had an amazing stay at Jeff's property in Martha's Vineyard. The house was clean and beautiful and Jeff was very attentive by checking in leading up and throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property as it is very close to the beach, not too far from town and in a gorgeous area.
