The Reserve

The Reserve is a gated development completed in 2009 comprised of six luxurious waterfront residences overlooking a large swimming pool, set within 12,000 sq.ft of lush tropical gardens. The Reserve affords private dockage where yachts can be safely moored, ready to cruise around the Caribbean’s wonderful inlets. The property is on the waterfront providing both a spectacular view as well as a pleasant breeze from the Atlantic trade winds all year round!

The unit is furnished with fully fitted kitchen, a utility room with a washer/dryer, a powder room followed by an open plan dining and sitting area that opens onto a large covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and the private marina beyond. Both master and guest bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces to provide the level of privacy and comfort you desire. Each unit comes with secure car parking and private boat dockage spaces for your rental car or boat.

What a wonderful holiday

We have just returned from two weeks in this beautiful holiday home. Travelling as a party of four the accomodation was ideal with plenty of room and privacy for both couples. The setting is idyllic with beautiful views of the marina, a lovely pool and covered sun terrace. The thing that made this such a special time were the people, Irene the housekeeper was a gem, she kept the condo in perfect condition constantly changing and freshening linen and towels, was a font of knowledge always ready to explain local customs and guide us in finding the right outings and restaurants. Irene also arranged to have a wonderful Caribbean meal cooked for us one evening with beautiful table settings and flowers. We really can't fault the service we received, from the problem I had when booking which was resolved with good humour and kindness by Babette to the warmth of the welcome from the taxi driver doing the airport transfer. Would love to visit again and so hope to do so.

Fabulous property and location

This is an impressive property in a great location close to local shops, 2 malls, 2 supermarkets and a wide choice of restaurants all within walking distance. The condo is tastefully laid out and packed with amenities and lots of space inside and out (perfect for up to 2 couples sharing). Although close to all the action, you also had the privacy and tranquility throughout with amazing views of Rodney Bay. A great find!
