Stop in for a great meal, craft beer or great wine selection. Sundance Golf Course a 1/4 mile away for golf, bowling, and fun. The private lower level walkout is newly renovated and is a 2 bed, 1 bath, which boasts 1600 sq ft of living space. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and attached walk through bathroom. There are plenty of windows and natural light. Major hwy access to hwy 94 and hwy 610 is within a mile. There is plenty of space for kids to run around outside or for anyone to walk in peace and tranquility. The lower level is its own private duplex that is completely separate with private entrance from the exterior and locked door separating upper/lower units. It has been fully updated with new carpet, new paint and newly redone kitchen! Guests will be able to access the unit on their own with keypad entry. Guests will have wi-fi internet access, flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom with Blu-Ray players to access their own online viewing accounts like Netflix, etc. We are business friendly as well due to close proximity to downtown Maple Grove and Maple Grove's medical facilities, hospital as well as downtown Minneapolis. Guests will also be able to utilize the yard. All towels and some toiletries provided, limited for longer term stays. Equipped kitchen to cook your own meals. Laundry products provided for washer/dryer as well. Food not included. Driveway plowed by owner in winter. Firepit use upon owners discretion and approval. Attached rental agreement needs to be signed prior to check in. A condensed background check also needs to be completed prior to checking in. The results are instant. I will provide the link upon reservation request. The process only takes a few moments and will only be checking criminal charges as it pertains to safety. My property manager is the only one who sees the results. If your booking is canceled due to a negative background check, you will be reimbursed the cost incurred, 30.00 and full reservation amount will be refunded. I am a single dad of two beautiful children as well as a business owner. We love living here but are on the go all the time. After coming home from a long day, to pull into the driveway and feel like we are in our own private park is a blessing. Target is only two minutes away if I forgot something, which I often do :) so we have the best of both worlds here and we love it.

Nice vacation rental on small acreage
Omar, the owner, is a very gracious host. He contacted us prior to our visit to let us know that everything was ready for our arrival. He had the kitchen well stocked with snacks, coffee, cold beverages in the fridge--just like home. He left a note on the dining table welcoming us and gave us his phone number for our use if we had any questions. Everything was very neat & clean, and the home is in a quiet area not far from a cafe and also a golf course.

Quiet country place close to town
Absolutely wonderful! We were there for a week visiting all the area Hosta Gardens. The Host accommodated us by allowing us to keep purchased plants in the shade and provided us a watering can. The place was immaculate and we had everything we needed. Just far enough in the country for peace and quiet but close enough to town. Awesome!
