The two-storey and 250 m2 house has 4 bedrooms. It is the perfect place for spending private and relaxing holidays with family and friends. You will find 3 bedrooms in the main floor, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. The other bedroom is located in the basement floor and count with a single bed. One of the bedrooms in the main floor has en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. There are two other bathrooms, one in the basement with shower cabin and the other one in the main floor with bathtub. All the accommodation counts with central heating and has 6 air conditioning units, one of each in every dormitory and 2 of them in the common areas.
The plot is fenced and you can find big terraces outside, in the main floor and in the basement, all of them equipped with table and seats for at least 6 people. The porch located downstairs, has a barbecue and is perfect for dinners. The terrace upstairs will delight yourself at breakfast time when you will be able to admire the astonishing views. In this terrace you will also find rattan sofas with huge cushions where you will be able to relax while the sun goes down. The pool, 9 x 4.5 meters, is surrounded by a terrace equipped with 4 sun beds and with a sun shade for the small ones to be protected of the sun.
The house counts with two living rooms where you will have lots of space to rest. One of the living room counts with a chimney and it is very well decorated and furnished. The other living room shares space with the dining place and the kitchen. Here you will be able to watch the TV, surf in the internet (WIFI) and spend time all together while preparing your meals. The open-plan kitchen has everything you could need for cooking during your holiday: gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, food blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, sandwich maker, fridge with freezer, etc. Obviously you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an iron table. The house also counts with other facilities such as tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner.
The closest supermarkets as well as restaurants and cafés are located in the urbanization Palmanyola (2.2 km) or in Bunyola (4.8 km). In a few minutes driving by car you will reach the charming and quiet village of Bunyola.
Palma beach is the nearest beach; it will only take you a 20 minute drive to get there. Although Puerto de Sóller, Port des Canonge and all the tiny villages from Sóller to Estellencs are not that close, they really deserve a visit. To get there you just have to cross the tunnel and follow the winding road to Deià, you will be amazed by the landscape and surroundings. This area, not really crowded, is one of the most beloved places by the locals, due to its beauty and character.
Palma, the capital of Mallorca, is just 20 minutes far by car. It becomes a lively place in summer, mainly in the old town, which is full with narrow cobblestone streets and full os history. Visit the squares, monuments and take your time to buy the most genuine souvenirs of Mallorca in the neighbourhoods of Sa Gerreria and the Cathedral.
