Fully Air-conditioned, the villa consists of a living room, dining room, well equipped fitted kitchen with newly fitted dishwasher, three bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom) on one level with full bathroom and a separate double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the lower floor.

A barbecue area with tables and chairs for alfresco dining is located just off of the living/kitchen areas.

Wifi and Satellite television with British Channels is available.

Villa Mundo Vista is in a perfect location, whilst peaceful and quiet, it is within a 15 minute walk to local restaurants and bars.

Stunning Villa in a beautiful and tranquil location

We spent 11 blissfull days at Villa Mundo Vista. The Villa is immaculate and the views are spectacular, the photos don't do justice to how beautiful this Villa and it's surroundings are.

The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, and cheap! We ate at Restaurant Horte and Luis Dos Frangos most nights and the food was not only delicious but excellent value!

Tavira and Faro are both worth a visit. We had the most amazing time on the 4 Islands Boat Trip from Faro, my 14 year old son even got to drive the boat!

I have no hesitation in recommending the Villa. We will be back for two weeks next year. We'd stay longer if we could!

Lovely villa in a great location.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the villa. Beautiful views of the surrounding area. Quiet and secluded spot. Decoration is excellent, with plenty of space, facilities and air conditioning which helped keep the place warm at night, as November evenings a chilly, compared to the daytime, which was lovely and warm. Indeed, we sat out on the spacious patio area and had breakfast at 0900 on both mornings, and it was warm (22degC) and sunny, even though it was late November.

Only down side for some may be the steps up to the villa and down to the pool, although we didn’t have any issues. Pool was cold and certainly freshened me up when I went swimming! Would definitely recommend this villa and would not hesitate to go back. Also, Madeleine, the lady who looked after the villa, could not have been more helpful, when required, but wasn’t intrusive, which was perfect for us.

Beautiful, clean, homely, welcoming property in a nice quiet location

Having just returned from spending the last 10 days there I can safely say it's towards the top of the list of properties we've stayed at through HomeAway. It's quiet location and private pool are exactly what you need to relax and get away from things. It's not too far from some great restaurants and at a push the ones in Sao Bras are walkable in about 20 mins.

Madeline, the property manager, is great and drops by every now and again to make sure everything is alright and keeps both inside and outside of the property immaculate.

Get away from it family holiday

Firstly, it's better than in the photos! Very peaceful and relaxing with wonderful views. We spent everyday chillin by the pool, a true family holiday with total relaxation.

Madeline the Portuguese manager was lovely, so kind and attentive.

The accommodation is of a good standard but those views are amazing! The only thing I didn't like was the internal CCTV camera in the lounge.

The supermarket is a realistic 15mins walk but we managed with no car so gaining a total relaxing holiday.

I would definitely recommend.

A very spacious, relaxing villa with fantastic views. Newly modernised and excellent amenities.

Lovely location, a little hard to find but Alan has since updated google maps.

A very peaceful beautifully decorated property with an amazing housekeeper ( Madelena ).

The views are amazing, the pool is a good size and can be illuminated at night. The facilities are excellent and modern.

We would recommend a visit to the Hotra restaurant ( 5 mins walk ) where the standard of food is superb and was unbelievably cheap!! ( 60 Euros for 4 adults including wine sangria and beers, oh and a couple of Large Scotchs lol ).

The supermarket is less than 5 mins by car and has everything you may need. There are a variety of restaurants in town, but we found Hotra the best for an informal relaxing meal.

If you are after a nice relaxing break or want to explore the algarve without being in the huddle and bustle, this is the place for you!

My only regret is I can't get back there soon enough and already enquiried when this wonderful Villa is next available.

Relaxing and Enjoyable.

We had a very enjoyable week in Villa Mundo. The house is in a very quiet area although still close enough to walk into town. Pool area was great as was the barbecue area on the patio. House was well maintained and very clean. Madeleine, the house manager was exceptionally helpful and ensured that everything was just right. Sao Bras is very convenient for the beaches and for exploring the entire Algarve. Well worth staying here.

São Brás de Alportel is an ideal place to stay if you want to explore the lovely countryside in the foothills of the Algarve. It's also not far from the coast if you want a day at the beach and there are some excellent golf courses within a short drive.

São Brás de Alportel, in common with much of the Algarve, was a settlement in Roman times and later inhabited by the Moors, and is a mix of old and new, with typical, low white Algarvean houses amongst the slightly dusty, grander merchant houses from its wealthy past. The area near the church is the older part of town and typically Algarvean with narrow, cobbled streets criss-crossing each other and small shops and cafés in between the houses. As you move further away from the church the streets widen and modern apartments take the place of the older white washed houses. There are lots of shops and supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafés - everything you need in fact! A little further away again and streets of new villas and low rise apartments edge the town.

São Brás is only a short distance from the City of Faro, to the south, and the picturesque market town of Loulé to the west and both are worthy of a visit.
