My husband and I spent 3 nights in this amazing studio with stunning views of Florence and the Duomo. This was a perfect oasis in a perfect location. The pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable. This apartment had everything you need to make a memorable vacation in Florence. I loved this place and hope to come back some day soon!
This is a small and quaint studio with a shared balcony that has breath taking views of Florence that is directly across from the Duomo. We enjoyed our evenings with a dedicated table on the balcony with wine and appetizers prior to and after going out for dinner in the evening and it was equally stunning in the morning waking up to such an amazing sun rise! In spite of the small size of the studio, it is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The sofa bed is very comfortable, but don't plan on more than 2 people. There is no room for a 3rd! The hospitality was wonderful with a bottle of wine some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. The lift in the building is also a great amenity.
I had a wonderful stay in this studio in the heart of Florence. It is right by the Duomo, which means that it can get a bit noisy at night, but the location is fantastic! The air-conditioned studio is nicely done up and has everything you need from a small washing machine to a little kitchen area with a fridge and all the basics. The outside terrace has jaw-dropping views of the city. Last but not least, it was nice to be welcomed by a thoughtful basket of wine and treats!
The studio was beautifully appointed and centrally located. The terrace view was beyond all expectation. We highly recommend this for two persons, and in our case one dog. Igor was helpful and friendly, as was Piera.
This apartment was perfect! It is close to everything! It is roomy & well appointed with everything you need! The views are lovely( ok , the Duomo bells are a bit loud but so amazing) and the rooms comfortable. I highly recommend! Jennifer, the concierge is amazing! I also recommend the tour to Laura's winery and the walking day through Florence eating and drinking in the culture! We met amazing people and had a blast all the way around! I miss being there already!! Ciao!
We loved this studio apartment in the heart of Florence. The private entrance is accessed from the shared rooftop terrace. Though the whole, very large terrace is shared, the apartment does have its own table and chairs, which we used every evening for wine and cheese, while watching the sunset, and listening to the bells in the Duomo campanile (bell tower). Pure heaven! Most of the time we had the terrace to ourselves, though it did afford us the opportunity to meet some of the locals who live in the building, as well as some fellow travelers. It was very congenial. The apartment itself is a small studio apartment, with one pullout sofa bed. I was apprehensive about how comfortable it would be, and I was not disappointed. It was very comfortable! It did not feel like a sofa bed at all. The apartment was clean, and well-appointed. Though we didn't actually cook much, we did enjoy having a coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans and a refridgerator. There were a couple of really nice grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was clean, and well-maintained. Though we didn't need it except for one very unseasonably hot night, the air conditioning worked very well. Internet was spotty, however. (Which seems to be the norm in many places throughout Italy,) The manager was very nice, helpful and punctual, both at arrival and departure. We loved the location - walking distance to everything-we took in the Uffizi, the academia, Duomo, the Bargello, the Duomo museum, San Marco, and more. Though we were right in the center of things, being up on the 5th floor removed us from the crowds, and the rooftop terrace was very restful! There is a small washing machine, which we did not use. But it looked new. I would definitely recommend this to a couple or a single traveler.
The Baptistery of San Giovanni, Piazza Duomo, Brunelleschi's Dome, Giotto's bell tower. The historic and sacred heart of Florence, visited every year by millions of tourists. One of the most famous places in the world. And yet there are still many secrets and much hidden charm to be discovered here. Off the beaten track of mass tourism and well-known postcard views.
