This lovely holiday rental in Malaga city, set on two levels, is located on the 2nd floor of a newly constructed building with elevator. The property is in an ideal location right in the heart of the city in a quiet area but walking distance to tapas bars, restaurants, pubs and only a 15 minutes walk to the Malagueta beach.
The first level of this holiday rental in Malaga city consists of a large modern living room with armchairs, sofa, dining table and TV flat screen, a nicely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobes, a second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes, a large bathroom with bath tub and small guest toilet.
A staircase from the first floor leads you up to the beautiful large sun terrace where you can get a glimpse of the Cathedral. Here you can enjoy a romantic dinner or sunbathe on the two sun loungers and features an electric awning for your comfort.
We offer free wireless Internet, and parking in the same building with the favorable price of 15 € per night. This holiday rental has our very best recommendation.

great apartment close to the centre
Myself and my sister rented this great apartment for five days, the apartment is located within a residential area in a lovely secure building on the top floor, there is a lift. The apartment has two good sized rooms, one with two singles and one with a double bed, there is also two toilets, one with a bath and shower. The kitchen is larger than the pictures show, there is a massive fridge freezer, dish washer, cooker with oven and everything you would need for your stay if you wished to cook. There is also a washing machine and clothes horse which are on the patio level in a locked unit. The apartment is so well presented with really nice art work which you can buy from the owner, the windows in the apartment face into other apartment windows and there can be noise early in the morning as local people are heading to work. The apartment also has air-con in every room which was great as the weather was amazing in May. The upstairs patio area was the bonus for us, there are two loungers and a table and four chairs, there is also an electric canopy which can be put out when things get too warm, the patio gets sun from around 10am through to 8pm and is so quiet. We arranged a taxi pickup service which was offered to us through the letting agent, we would highly recommend this as it was so easy to arrange, and we were picked up and collected by a lovely man called Paco who gave us loads of information about Malaga and the surrounding areas, he also called the agent who would be meeting us to give us the keys to inform him that we had landed, this service cost 35euro each way and takes about 35minutes to reach the apartment. Across the street from the apartment there is a small shop which has a small selection of food and drink, two minutes along the road there is a large supermarket which has everything you would need. The port and main shopping area are about 15minutes walk, there are loads of small bars and eateries along the way. We have been to Malaga before and have booked other apartments, this apartment was the best and so close to the centre. We would like to thank Alex and Galen who took our booking as they were totally professional from start to finish, and Paco as he was such a gentleman. We are planning on booking this apartment again for next year, thank you

L'appartement est un véritable bijou!
Notre séjour à Malaga a été sensationel. L' appartement oú nous logions a été une surprise très agréable. Situé dans le centre historique de Malaga, ils nous étaient facile de sortir à toute heure et de passer des soirées relax. L'appartement est lumineux, moderne, avec une collection d'art unique. On note le raffinenment des propriétaires. La cuisine est équipée pour se faire de bons petits plats et des grands dîners. La terrace est fantastique, grande, intime avec tout le nécéssaire pour passer des soirées très agréables. Il y a une grande varieté de sites culturels qui sont vraiment à voir avec une offre diverse de restaurants et bars. La plage est à 10mn à pieds. Tout, un luxe. Franchement, ce séjour fût parfait. Nous y retournerons cet été.
Amazing place to stay
Just got back from amazing week exploring Malaga, staying at this fantastic apartment. The pictures don't do it justice as it is stunning. Amazing artwork decorates the interior. Everything is spotless. The area is central to everything, with a small shop on the corner for last minute supplies. The rental team were wonderful and sorted out paco the taxi pickup for us. Will definitely return to Malaga and stay here. However after I've told friends about this hidden gem might not have any availability!

Perfect apartment for a city break
We stayed at the apartment for five nights. It was the right size for two people with clean, modern furniture. The kitchen was well equipped and the roof terrace was a real bonus. The shower had good water pressure but the cubicle was small. The bed was fine and a big wardrobe, but would benefit from a set of drawers. It can get a bit noisy at night. Overall I would really recommend this as a great base to explore the city from.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung im Herzen von Málagas Altstadt. Durch die Lage im 8. Stock hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Dächer der Stadt. Sowohl die Kathedrale als auch die Alcazaba (beides bei Nacht wunderschön beleuchtet) können vom Bett aus bestaunt werden - das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Durch die zentrale Lage ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Museen, Restaurants, der Hafen und der Strand.
Der Verwalter, Steffen Hansen, stand auch während unseres Aufenthaltes für Fragen und Auskünfte zur Verfügung.
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Málaga verbracht und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
Malaga is Andalusia's second largest city with 600,000 inhabitants and is located on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The city has many exciting cultural activities and is in the race to become Cultural City 2016. Malaga dating back to 800 BC and has over the years been marked by the Greeks, Romans and Arab Maurer and it bears the imprint of the city today. The city is in the eyes of many partly overlooked, as many tourists choose to spend their holidays in the cities surrounding Malaga. But it includes everything you need for a perfect holiday, as it is a strategically good location. There is plenty of culture, city break, beaches, mountains and there are only 100 km to the Sierra Nevada, where you can ski. Or what about a trip to Granada and watch the world-famous castle Alhambra which is only an hour drive by car. Malaga is full of small bars and restaurants where you can enjoy various kinds of tapas and good wine. We warmly recommend the city for a perfect city break.
