The 3 bedroom apartment was set in a very pretty, small complex. The gardens are kept immaculate. The best part of the apartment for us was the location with in the complex. The garden leads directly to the pool so everything was so easy and convenient which is what you need with 4 children in tow! We cooked and ate in a few nights and sat on the lovely roof Terrance over looking the pool and gardens. On the remaining nights we ate out in the old village which is just across the road from the apartments. We only ventured down to the marina and beach twice once we walked which took us about 30 mins and once we got the land train which the kids thought was great. We also had a day at Zoomarine which I would highly recommend. Hiring a car might have been useful however the people carriers were very expensive so Sara (the owner) organised a taxi for us from the airport and we used the same company a few times while we were away.
Inside the apartment the bedrooms and the living space was really lovely, the kitchen was really well equipped and the whole apartment was very clean. If I had to pick at something I think the bathrooms would benefit from some modernisation. However I think the price for the apartments was excellent.
Nearby the small supermarket (2 mins walk) was expensive but well stocked for its size, spar is about a 20 min walk away but it didn’t seem the effort. There are about 3 or 4 restaurants in the old town which are a couple of mins walk.
I would highly recommend this apartment if you would like a relaxing holiday with children I would have loved to stay longer than a week. Thanks Sara.
Delightful little hideaway
I recently stayed at this property with my 2 children (4, 6) and Mum. This villa provided everything you could require and well equipped for our needs. It has a lovely terrace where you can BBQ and eat looking at the wonderful views of the next door golf course. I also liked the fact that it was a gated, private community and felt that it was very safe for the children.
I would recommend anyone staying here to hire a car as it's a bit of a walk for small legs :-) to the marina and downtown Quarteira and the beaches. It is worth driving to the nearby Pingo Doce, Continente or Lidl for supplies as the old village supermarket/bakery are extremely expensive. The restaurants in the Old Village are also more expensive than the local eateries in Quarteira.
We hope to stay here again next year.
Lovely villa with lots of space
We had an amazing holiday, villa was very spacious, everything there we could possibly need. Gorgeous terrace with BBQ area. Nice communal pool. Few local bars and restaurants and a convenience store. A good 25 minute walk to the marina or €5 in a cab. Would definitely recommend and Sara was very helpful. Thank you for a fab holiday x
Just returned from a 2 week stay and loved every minute. The apartment is spacious even for 6 people and is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We arrived earlier than expected and the apartment was ready which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, just across the road from The Old Village which has a supermarket and several restaurants which are all good value. We usually walked into the marina area in the evening which takes about 20 minutes or a taxi only costs about 4-5 Euro.We enjoyed the BBQ on the roof terrace which has great views over the Pinhal Golf Course and the pool area. The only thing the apartment lacked was a safe. Would I return? Definitely

Property is located in a nice gated area with private yard and a wonderful pool. Sara made the process bery easy. Highly recommend this property. Altough there is a small town center with several cute restaurants, you do need a car to fully take advantage of Vilamoura.
The apartment location is excellent , very large garden and roof terrace , garden leads directly to the beautiful pool area which is so lovely and peaceful even in the middle of August. Apartment is spacious and the bedrooms and lounge are decorated to a high standard. Clean on arrival and so many towels only slight drawback is the lack of a washing machine and mirrors in bedrooms, but such minor points in an otherwise perfect stay . Located opposite The Old Village and a 20-25 minute walk to the Marina. The owner is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We ate all but one night in the Marina, The Mayflower and Fairways our favourites, the standard of food was excellent . We ate at the Old Village once but were shocked by dreadful service and attitude of staff so did not visit again. I would highly recommend this stunning apartment and complex and the owner !! Thank you for letting us stay ! ( no good if you like rowdy English resorts which is why we loved it )
