Coral Hammock is one of the newest gated communities with 55 luxury resort homes with a lavish Clubhouse and Pool with mature tropical landscaping. These custom single family homes recall the romantic charm of old Key West with spacious floor plans, vaulted ceilings, 'Conch' style porches and the traditional metal roof. Located at 'mile marker five' and ideally located across from the Key West Golf Club and just down the street from world-class fishing and other activities at Hurricane Joe's Restaurant and Marina. You are close to all the action but yet secluded enough to enjoy your privacy. Key West is only three miles wide and four miles long, so nothing is far away!!

We offer a well appointed townhome with three bedrooms and three full baths ... and the clover-leaf pool is just outside your door. There are two queen beds, two twin beds and is fully furnished with the best of everything. Floor Plan Features a Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room with High Speed Wireless Internet connection, Bedroom, Full Bathroom, Front Porch and Back Patio/Deck on the First Floor. Two Bedrooms, two Full Bathrooms, Washer and Dryer, and Balcony on the Second Floor. All furnishings are DELUXE! Parking is right outside your door.

Please note the following:

Check in is 4 pm or later

Check out is 10am sharp as the cleaners need to clean for the next guests.

There is NO SMOKING in my townhome .. you can smoke outside on the back deck.

There are NO PETS allowed in my townhome.

A maximum of 6 people can stay at my townhome including children.

If you need more room, ask about the other 3 bedroom townhome we own that is adjacent to this one... It has the same layout and furnishings.

Nice Poolside unit

The unit was very clean, comfortable, and only steps away from the pool. Nice enough place, but as there are MANY other units in Coral Hammock to choose from, this one didn't 'rise above' the others in amenities & accoutrements like one we rented 4 doors down in August. Unit had no kitchen perks like oil, seasonings, foil, cling wrap, etc., so plan to go out and buy your own. Also, there is NO GRILL like the others. It's a competitive market; need to step it up to stand out.

Owner's Response: Hi Laurie, We have a good cleaning team that does a nice job keeping our townhome looking good. We also are constantly making upgrades (newer furniture, ceiling fans, bedroom TV's mounted to the walls for better viewing, etc) ... and being close to the pool is an added bonus. I also contacted our homeowners association (Coral Hammock Homeowners Association) and they told me that gas grills are not allowed in Coral Hammock. I asked them why other units had grills. They told me that it is the Fire Marshall"s responsibility to enforce the fire code. So they will have to remove the grills when the Fire Marshall comes around. Here is the copy of the fire code that they sent me: NFPA 1: (Life Safety Code) For other than one- and two-family dwellings, no hibachi, grill, or other similar devices used for cooking, heating, or any other purpose, shall be used or kindled on any balcony, under any overhanging portion, or within 10 ft. of any structure. In regard to the comment about cling wrap, foil, oil, and seasonings. We do provide salt and pepper but no foil, cling wrap, or oils. There is a Publix supermarket about 1 mile away where these items can be purchased. All in all .. I am happy with your review. Clean, comfortable, and near the pool are good things. Vacation from our vacation

We stayed in the condo after a 7 day cruise with 15 people. There were only two of us that ended up staying. The condo is in a great location. We love Stock Island. It is gated with easy access in and out. Access to the pool was perfect! The condo was actually too big for just two of us but we enjoyed it just the same. Everything we needed was readily available. Close to dining and some shopping. And only a short taxi ride to Duval St. We rented scooters so it was only about a 10 min ride to Duval.

We would just like to say what a beautiful property and would like to thank the Owner and becky the property manager for a fabulous time in the keys.

We stayed for 5 nights in august there is everything you need in this villa it's like living at home plus more.

The rooms are very large and modern with in a few steps to a gated pool area.

The pictures on the site don't do this property justice as it really is an amazing villa.

Myself and my family were gutted when it was time to leave.

The location is good as well with in walking distance to the local amenities.

Duval st is roughly 4.5 miles away great for us as I drove down there several times on a evening.

But if you wish to drink then a cab is going to cost around 18 dollars one way.

We look forward to visiting this an amazing place and look forward to staying in this property at coral hammock .

Perfect getaway!

For anyone considering going to the Keys, this was the perfect place. The house was very well kept. The pool is right outside your back porch. The location is just a short drive to Duvall Street. There is a CVS right across the street. We just loved our stay. The only thing we had to get used to was the rooster waking us up every morning :)

Clean, comfortable & safe. Just as described. Rent w/ confidence.

It was just as described. No surprises. Contact Becky even answered her Cell phone 6:00 Sat. Evening to help us. The hug patio's are awesome & offer a nice view of the beautiful pool once you look thru the palm trees. The whole property was beautifully landscaped & everyone that we ran into were friendly & respectful of those around them.

We will definetly check it's availability next time we venture to Key West.

I would never stay anywhere but here again. This place has it all. Beautiful Townhome, each bedroom feels as if you have your own suite. Just minutes from Duval St. , shopping and restaurants. Secure gated community with a pool that is cleaned daily! What a find!!!
