Coral Hammock is one of the newest gated communities with 55 luxury resort homes with a lavish Clubhouse and Pool with mature tropical landscaping. These custom single family homes recall the romantic charm of old Key West with spacious floor plans, vaulted ceilings, 'Conch' style porches and the traditional metal roof. Located at 'mile marker five' and ideally located across from the Key West Golf Club and just down the street from world-class fishing and other activities at Hurricane Joe's Restaurant and Marina. You are close to all the action but yet secluded enough to enjoy your privacy. Key West is only three miles wide and four miles long, so nothing is far away!!

We offer a well appointed townhome with three bedrooms and three full baths ... and the clover-leaf pool is just outside your door. There are two queen beds, two twin beds and is fully furnished with the best of everything. Floor Plan Features a Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room with High Speed Wireless Internet connection, Bedroom, Full Bathroom, Front Porch and Back Patio/Deck on the First Floor. Two Bedrooms, two Full Bathrooms, Washer and Dryer, and Balcony on the Second Floor. All furnishings are DELUXE! Parking is right outside your door.

Please note the following:

Check in is 4 pm or later

Check out is 10am sharp as the cleaners need to clean for the next guests.

There is NO SMOKING in my townhome .. you can smoke outside on the back deck.

There are NO PETS allowed in my townhome.

A maximum of 6 people can stay at my townhome including children.

If you need more room, ask about the other 3 bedroom townhome we own that is adjacent to this one... It has the same layout and furnishings.

Clean and comfortable.

This was our 2nd time staying at Coral Hammock. The unit was very clean and was located right at the pool. The owner, Vin was very nice and easy to deal with regarding anything to do with the property. The only negatives were that the kitchen had no baking pans and was missing the normal seasonings (salt, sugar). There were not enough wash cloths so we had to do laundry more than normal. My biggest complaint overall was that there was no grill. We were told that Coral Hammock did not allow any type of outdoor grill due to fire codes but when we arrived, all but 3 units that were in view had outdoor grills. Overall, it was a good time and we would definitely stay at Coral Hammock again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the good review Lisa. We try to make our town home as comfortable as we can for our guests. I just visited the property and we installed a new Weber Gas Grill on the back deck. I posted a photo of it in the photo section. There is an ample supply of pots and pans and I restock any damaged kitchenware during my visits. We look forward to your return.

Had a fantastic stay. Very clean and location is perfect. Becky was very helpful with restaurant recommendations that are close to the town home. Would definitely stay here again.

Beds we super comfy and the layout was great for a family with college kid's and high schooler's. Being right beside the pool was a huge plus. Kitchen was fully stocked, could have used a baking pan for the oven. I get that the owner is following the rules about the fire code but a grill would have been the icing on the cake. All the other units had grills and we were a tad jealous when they were cooking dinner at home and we were packing up and heading out.

Coral Way # 34 adventure...

Had a five day stay with daughter, son-in-law, and my three grandsons, ages 2, 5, & 8, so this trip was more about them, and me trying to survive it ! Property was fine, with the best poolside location. Pool seldom had more than eight others around, and often went hours at a time with no one. By way of background, I first started going to Key West 45 years ago, courtesy of the USN Sonar School, (now Truman Annex). Been back about 40 times since, stayed pretty much everywhere.

Anyway, to my surprise, I loved the Stock Island gated community location. We even had a police cruiser parked in front of our place every night (resident)? Literally across the street, had a newspaper kiosk, pizza, (Roosticas, awesome), deli (Dolphin Deli, killer Cubans) and bakery, (Croissants de France, filled croissants to die for). A little down the street is Fishbusterz Seafood, where we got excellent snapper & gulf shrimp.

Also on island we did a very fun snorkel/ fishing charter with with Capt Dory of Dream Catchers Charters, which by the way, is more fun feeding the dockside tarpon/sharks than Robbies, further up the keys. The two older grandsons caught us fish dinner ! From swimming to table in 90 minutes, how's that!

The other Stock Island stop was the Hurricane

Hole restaurant, where we walked in, got a waterfront (picnic) table, watched the kids in their playground, from a distance, had an adult beverge followed by...wait for it...a fish dinner !! I should note, if you want the full experience,

and you are on a tight budget, do not come here. In Key West we did some touristy things, Southernmost Point, Butterfly & Nature Conservatory, Ripley's, Mallory Square/Sunset (open container not technically legal, but no problem!) I did mention three very active Went to Ft Zach 3X for beaching, snorkeling & fishing, fished at nearby Higgs Beach pier, Smathers Beach was close also..awesome imported sand...

Probably forgetting a few things due to extreme nap deprivation. Reacquired a coffee habit I thought I had lost...will spend today doing absolutely...nothing !

Becky, the property manager, was great. The unit could use two pool keys instead of one,

remember when out and about, you are on island time, Publix and CVS are your friends,

and if possible, bring lots of money !!

Very Nice Place to Stay

This property was a great place to stay. All the things you need are in the property. CVS being

outside the gate was very convenient for items you need. Only thing to take note of is that the mosquito's are abundant outside you must have OFF spray to combat them or you will be eaten. Over all I LOVE THIS PLACE and would recommend to anyone.
