Lovely apartment with fabulous sea views from your own private terrace! The building is set back away from the busy Promenade, giving this property the rarity of calm with a sea view. Perfect for the sun and sea worshipper in you, everything you desire is just across the Prom!
The apartment is situated on the west side of Nice, in the Magnan Quartier. The beach is just a couple of minutes away, as are mini super markets, small restaurants, boulangeries, and pizzerias all around.
This is a great area if you are seeking a beach holiday, but wish to head into the city every so often. Frequent bus services run during the day and taxis all night to take you into the hub of the shopping areas and the buzzing nightlife of the Old Town! It takes just 5-10 minute by taxi to the Old Town and Port areas.
There are also ‘Velo Blue’ (public bicycles) available along the Promenade, which you can rent for a lovely ride along the seaside to the Cours Saleya market to buy fresh flowers and produce. Alternatively, an easy 20-minute walk will bring you downtown and in less than 10 minutes to the famous Negresco Hotel.
The building is a classic Art Deco design featuring beautiful elements from the era--marble floors, mirrors, and decorative wrought iron.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor (out of 7 floors) affording you glorious sea views. For your convenience, there is a lift to take you to the apartment.
The living area is open plan, which includes a dining space—all done in soothing neutral tones. The furniture is contemporary, yet comfortable. The couch easily seats four and sits opposite the large flat screen TV. WiFi and cable are available with several foreign language news channels including English, Russian, and Arabic. The room opens out onto a large glassed-in terrace, giving the space lots of light.
The spacious terrace has gorgeous sea views and is designed to maximise the view and relaxation, while providing shelter and privacy. The terrace has a wonderful outdoor sofa and table; and the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of rosé with friends or family.
The contemporary dining table easily sits four. In addition, there is a small workstation for writing your holiday postcards or memoirs!
There is an air conditioning unit with remote control.
The kitchen is large and modern with dark floors and white cabinetry. It has a washing machine (no dryer), a gas stove, extractor fan, dishwasher, and plenty of overhead cupboards. It is well equipped for those gourmets out there who wish to whip up a wonderful feast utilizing the fresh produce available at the local markets.
The master bedroom is very romantic. It has a large American queen-size bed (160cm) with a white wood carved headboard. The chandelier adds further charm; as does the soft mauve colour on the walls. There are two bedside tables, each with their own reading lamp. The large window bathes the room in glorious light. However, to allow for a great sleep, all the windows are dressed with heavy drapes and roll down shutters.
The second bedroom also has an American queen-size bed and is decorated in a fresh and contemporary style. This room benefits from a small north-facing balcony, with open views over the city. The balcony has a small table and two chairs--perfect for an early morning coffee.
Both bedrooms enjoy individually controlled, air conditioning units for your comfort.
Bathroom & WC
The spacious bathroom is newly renovated in black stone tiles. There is a stand up shower over a full bath--great for relaxing in loads of bubbles and with a glass of bubbly! There is also a sink with overhead mirror for your daily powder rituals…
The separate toilet is practical for two couples or a family. The walls and ceiling are decorated with fabulous, colourful Parisian marketing prints from the early 20th century.

What a magnificent Med Sea view!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great spot on Promenade des Anglais. Excellent public transit access. Apartment with classic layout, very nice Sea view, furnished well and comfy. Representative met us in the apt when the provided limo service droppped us off. Rep also met with us two more times in person and always provided info in messages as requested. From the initial contact with Sunlight Properties (the management company) to the rep all communication and follow up was outstanding.
Would comfortably recommend to family friends for their use.
Nice offers many great attractions, natural sea coast, awesome beach area along the Promenade des anglais. Great boulangerie and other food shopping very nearby. So many restaurants - it is hard to find any not worthy of recommendation. Great food and live music at Les Jardins Capitole 10 minute walk away. Many places in Vieux Nice also - including Oliviera (owners of small place import great olive oil in many unique flavours.) We went back for nice lunch a second time after our great dinner. Great food and character/personality of the owners.

Antibes, Cannes, Monaco, Monte Carlo are all within 30 minutes away by car, bus or train. Should you want to travel by bus, you can go in any of those directions for just 1.50 Euro. A bargain!!! Nice is always hosting events from the Carnival to concerts of international fame. Should you prefer daylight activity, shops, restaurants, museums or simply laying on the beach will be available to you... Nice is both a summer resort, with seven kilometres of beach and the 'Promenade des Anglais', and a cosmopolitan city with year-round festivals and activities. From gastronomic French restaurants to the Carnival in February, there is something for everyone. If you like skiing during the winter there is a ski resort a short hour away, which can make for a great day trip during the winter.

No security deposit required on the Home Away platform. A 500€ security deposit is held on a valid credit card, directly by Sunlight Properties, upon arrival. Much like a hotel, the amount is held and not charged, unless damage is found upon departure. By making a booking, you accept the Sunlight Properties terms and conditions. --Nightly rate is quoted for a week stay or more, under a week nightly will be more. -- Should you stay less than a week, the nightly price will be HIGHER, in order to cover the basic costs of turnover: linens, clean, M&G, etc. --Should you want to stay 1 month or longer, the weekly rate will be reduced by 25%
