La Petite Baronne: Cosy And Private Alpine Chalet With Stunning Views
average rating of 4.6666665 based on 6 reviews

Très bonne situation et vue magnifique.

  • 3 of 5

About Tiago Jurgens

The chalet is in our family for more than 40 years now. We want to share the good vibes of this chalet with other people as long as we can.

Why Tiago Jurgens chose Randogne

This chalet is situated in the most sunny part of Switzerland where a micro climate keeps the sun shining. The chalet is exposed to the sun a maximum of hours a day.

What makes this chalet unique

The views are so beautiful, the chalet is extremely cosy and private, the air is pure and the local people are friendly. The slopes are nearby, the walks are amazing: Every season is a gift of beauty.

Chalet La Petite Baronne is situated at Domaine de la Baronne, a private estate at 1,300 meters in Bluche. Bluche is a small village on the border of Crans Montana; 3 km from the ski lifts and in the middle of lots of walking tracks. Bluche has 3 restaurants and a small supermarket. Crans Montana has so much to offer. High mountains with a glacier on 3.000 meters for summer and winter skiing. Cool and clear lakes to swim in. Endless mountain bike tracks. Crans-Montana is an important alpine capital for walking and hiking for all tastes, all levels and all generations. Walk, or stroll. Peacefully. Or, on the other hand, feel that shiver of excitement….in Crans-Montana, there are so many different ways to explore the region, in any season: skiing and ski-mountaineering, snowshoes, walking, Nordic walking, on a sledge pulled by polar dogs, on horseback, or, heading up even higher, by paraglider, hot-air balloon, helicopter or on a sightseeing plane flight. There is a 160 km length of slopes which are all connected. Perhaps by chance whilst hiking, you’ll stumble upon the mascot of Crans-Montana, the marmot, or a group of chamois goats. And looking up you might see coughs flying, and snow partridges, ring ouzels, larks and golden eagles. In the Haut Plateau region the mountains that dominate the area, flora and fauna cohabit peacefully. Taste the real Valaisan atmosphere in the local restaurants and pubs. There is a choice of some 80 restaurants, 20 bars, a casino and a cinema. Authentic places like Sion and Val d'Anniviers are fantastic to visit. Also Zermatt is just one hour drive from Crans Montana.
