Welcome To "Villa Bo Lanme" Family Accommodation With 6 Beds And A Games Room
About Chris Beeching
Hello, our names are Chris and Liz. We had a dream to take our young family and live on a Caribbean Island. I was a house builder in the UK, and Liz was a lawyer, so it seemed logical to spend some of our time building what is now our holiday home. We now call it “Villa Bo Lanme” (formerly Bay View Villa ownership unchanged), which means “home by the sea” in Creole, and when you look at the view, you will see why. In the early years the children attended a local school, but as they grew older, we knew we would have to come back to the UK. We get back there as often as we can in the school holidays, as the children still love it, but as we cannot be there all the time now, our beautiful home awaits you to come and enjoy it in the same way as we do. We have been lucky to accumulate a number of properties in the UK which we rent out, so we are well versed in the practice. We are also very fortunate to have Pauline and Cornelius to help look after “Villa Bo Lanme” in our absence. Before they met, Cornelius skippered Charter Yachts all over the world for 30 years, and Pauline was a qualified fitness instructor. Between them they speak English, French, Italian, Spanish and a little German. They live and work in the Bay with their two children, and amongst other things, they manage several other properties, so they are never far away if you need them. They are extremely well organised and professional. They will be there to welcome you on your arrival, show you how the house works, talk to you about things to do and places to see, and attend to any maintenance issues should they occur. Meanwhile we will give you lots of information before you go, and make sure you get to “Villa Bo Lanme” by taxi or car hire without getting lost. Between us we will all look after you, and make sure you have a wonderful time. If you would like to know more or just make contact with us direct, just click on the “Enquire now” button on the panel to the right, and we will be delighted to

what a view
It is a splendid house with a wonderful view.
very good communication with the local staff and with the owner.
The pictures do not do the house or the views justice. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again. The owner was very easy to work with and Pauline and Cornelius were very helpful as well. The house was exceptionally clean as well. Definite 5 stars.
Amazing Property.... Pictures do not do this property justice.
If you think the pictures on the listing look great, then you will be overwhelmed when you see it in person. The pictures do not do this property justice. It is such a beautiful home and a great place to stay.
Beautiful home with great view-highly recommend!
This home was magnificent and the views of Marigot Bay were stunning. Each master bedroom had a view of the Bay - no fighting over the best room in the house! St. Lucia is a beautiful island and has lots to offer - and this property has all the comforts of home! The owner was a wealth of information on dining, travel, and sightseeing and his staff is welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Pauline for greeting us, Moses for driving all 8 of us around for 6 days and Cornelius for a fabulous day on his water taxi, visiting beaches along the west coast. We enjoyed it so much more because of them!
Fantastic Villa on a Beautiful Bay.
Villa Bo Lanme is a spacious villa located high on the hill at the mouth of Marigot Bay. With a great view of the entire bay as well as the ocean to the east, we had 13 people staying in the villa and we did not feel crowded in. The villa has a large patio and pool area with a nice breeze that kept us cool and we never had any issues with bugs. We did have some brave finches that were very interested in our bread which we thought was quite charming. A walk to the bottom of the hill gives easy access to taxi’s, a small grocery market, a beach and several restaurants. The Villa itself has a very large kitchen and dining areas and full laundry facilities so you don’t have to pack heavy for a longer trip. The property managers are readily available to respond to requests (Like when we locked ourselves out of the poolside bathroom). I would highly recommend staying here as you have access to Rodney Bay and Castries by going north or Soufriere by going south.
Just as good second time around
Second stay at this villa. Only came home today and missing it already. First time was amazing and second time didn’t disappoint. Beautiful views that you could never get tired of. It was so hot during our three weeks but the villa is so cook, at the top of the hill, to come back to after an outing. Pauline, Cornelius and Gail the staff are extremely helpful. Our 3 year old and 13 month old were in the pool 4 or 5 times a day, as were the adults and great fun was had by all. Thanks to the owner Chris for all his helpful hints and instructions. Hope to return again soon.
Marigot Bay has been described as one of the most beautiful bays in the Caribbean. It is visited by yachts everyday because of its safe anchorage and well equipped marina, along with its shops restaurants and bars.
The marina has provided many jobs for the locals who therefore appreciate the value of tourists. In the evenings locals, tourists and ex-pats can be found everywhere enjoying each others company, which makes for a happy and safe environment.
Marigot Bay is a perfect mix of unspoilt beauty and quality development. There is plenty of parking, and the roads are quiet. There is a taxi rank, and the buses run from the main road. It is recommended to hire a car for a few days of your holiday at least, to give you the freedom to explore and enjoy this wonderful island.
Full directions and information regarding car hire and taxis will be given at the time of booking.
