This Superior 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is in a top location, 5 minutes walk to the stunning Alvor Beach, and 5 minutes walk to the centre of Alvor Village, car hire is not necessary. The apartment is within easy access to the top golf courses 3kms, the closest being the local Alto Golf & Penina Championship golf course.

Accommodation comprises of master bedroom with large double bed & en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds turning into extra large double bed. Living room with dining & seating areas for 6, 2 sofas, 1 that converts into a bed. Full bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace with furniture and a pleasant surrounding Garden area which is a nice extension of the apartment, lovely for children and adults. Cable TV, DVD player. Car parking space out & secure car parking inside can be provided if desired.

Cleaning / Laundry provided weekly.

The tourist season extends from March to October and only really starts to slow down in the winter time. There are many theme parks and water parks, so you can be sure that the children will be kept entertained.

The new race track 'Autodromo International do Algarve' which will host many of the International Motorsporting events, such as Touring Car Championship, Superbike Championship, & GP International Rounds, to name but a few, is also only 15 /20 mins drive from Alvor.

Close enough to the old town of Portimão & Praia da Rocha for further action, discos, shopping and street selling.


Alvor remains a working fishing community with a fish market and thriving streets based around a 16th century Church at its centre.

All this, while boasting a large selection of bars, some with live music entertainment, street selling & entertainment, open air sea-food restaurants and excellent steak houses.


The Traditional Portuguese Food is highly recommend and offered in Alvor and in the neighbourhoods.

Also we recommend a night of Fado (traditional Portuguese music).


It boasts a beautiful 4.5 mile stretch of sandy beach, Praia do Alvor was awarded an EU Blue flag for safety, cleanliness and the quality of it's facilities.

The new walkway platform over the dunes, ending on the beach or in the waterfront Ria has a splendid view, good for walkers and bicycle.

Moreover, nearby there are other superb beaches like Prainha and Praia do Alemão.

You can stroll along some of the best sandy beaches in the Algarve, or lie back in the enchanting surroundings of a secluded cove with the picturesque cliffs climbing high above you.

There are facilities for tennis, windsurfing, and golfers are well catered for with the local Alto Golf Club, and luxury Penina Championship Golf Course.

The children will also be kept entertained with the numerous theme and water parks such as Slide & Splash, Zoo Marine etc, as well as boat tours for all family.

Payment can be done by transfer directly to bank account, debit card, credit card or PayPal.
Check in is on Saturdays after 12:00 hrs on Arrival Day, and Check Out is by 10:30 hrs on Departure Day.
Other arrangements are possible if no other guests are arriving / departing on the same day.
