So Comfortable and Well-stocked!
We loved our time at 174 Bradford! The Owners are very welcoming; providing us with a pick-up at the ferry when we arrived, and a drive back on the day we left. The house itself is very comfortable; nice sheets and towels, great mattresses and well furnished for a group like ours to hang out in the kitchen and living areas when we decided to stay in. We loved this place and it was so easy to get to every activity we planned. Thanks!!
Thank you for the nice words, guys! We loved having you as guests, and hope to see you again one day. It was fun connecting over all things mid-century! Thanks again!!!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was super clean and very nicely appointed. Pretty much everything you need and would expect from a rental property (and then some) is included, with the exception of soap/shampoo for the showers (unless I just wasn't able to find), so make sure you bring that with you! If you forget that like I did, there's a convenience store on Commercial St., a short walk from the property.
I can't say enough good things about the house itself. Two full, beautiful good-sized bathrooms (showers, no tubs- and the shower in the upstairs bathroom has a skylight!), and three bedrooms with queen beds; one has a trundle to accommodate an additional guest. We had six guests for two of the nights and were perfectly comfortable. WiFi is included and the entertainment cluster in the living room has a great soundbar to connect your phone to play music.
Commercial St. is just a quick block and a half walk from the house, but a lot of the best shops and restaurants (like Bayside Betsy's and Shalom's Gift Shop) are a little ways down, so be prepared for some walking (Provincetown is VERY much a walking town, so no surprises there).
All in all, you can't ask for a better property to rent when staying in Provincetown, especially if you have a party of 5-6. The owners are very nice and friendly, and very accommodating. If you'll be cooking meals in the house, check their inventory before going to the grocery store! Chances are they have the oils/spices you need. Like I said previously, they have most of the things you're going to need for your stay there, cooking or otherwise. Would definitely rent again.
Thank you for the taking the time to leave us your nice review! We appreciate it, and we very much enjoyed your group and hope to see you again!
We also really appreciate when guests take the time to point out an amenity we overlooked; in this case, providing our guests with some nice shampoos, conditioners, and soap in the bathrooms. We have taken your comment to heart, and are pleased to now offer shower amenities for our future guests.
Thank you again, we depend on hearing from our guests on any way to further improve our guests' experience when staying at 174 Bradford.
