This spacious two storey house comfortably sleeps up to ten guests over five bedrooms, two double rooms with double beds, one twin room, one large room sleeping four in single beds, and one with king size bedroom with en suite shower room/wc. On the first floor, off the generous landing, there is a large bathroom with bath and an over-bath shower attachment, with a separate toilet next door.
One of the more recent builds of the town, the house opens into a large hallway with easy access to all ground floor rooms including the garage. The new modern kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen equipment you need to cater during your stay. From the kitchen and living areas French doors open up onto the garden, BBQ area, washing line and the wooden decking/terrace. There is a downstairs shower room and separate toilet.
The feature of this house, besides the location, is its large living/dining area. The living area has three large comfy sofas, a flat screen TV with free view channels, and for the winter a wood-burning stove. When you really need it, the house also has under-floor heating. There is a dining table and chairs for a more formal culinary setting.
This detached house has a large integral secure garage for the safe storage of your sporting equipment, and is especially user-friendly for winter gear or summer sports such as cycling or kayaking; in other words there is ample room to store, fettle or dry off. The long gravel driveway allows for off road parking for up to 3 cars and the large garden and terrace is complete with two outside tables and chairs to enjoy the spectacular mountain views and sunshine.
