Superb apartment in a bourgeois building of the Old Antibes.
This apartment was totally renovated in 2012 with authentic materials (stones, terracotas floor tiles...) but also all amenities (Air-conditioning, Wifi, PlayStation 3...). Though very quiet, it is very conveniently located in the right heart of the Old Town's with everything on your doorstep : the famous Provencal Market, restaurants and shops...
This large (130 sqm) apartment is perfectly convenient for a family beach holidays (5 and 10 minutes walk from 2 sandy beaches) with its 4 bedrooms and its terrace. It is located on the second floor in a building built on a 16th century monastery.
The wide sunny living-room leads to the duplex terrace (12 sqm) with a panoramic view on the roofs of the Old Antibes : one can either sunbathe on the terrace or enjoy a quiet dinner (sofa, chairs and table up to 8 people).
The four bedrooms can accomodate up to 8 people.
Sports: Antibes is renowned for its sailing and yachting in Port Vauban and there are many locations on the nearby Antibes beaches for diving and the hire of windsurfs, Kayaks and Catamarans. Water skiing and jet ski hire is also available at the nearby Siesta beach.
Golf is available on several inland courses including the Mougins Golf and Country Club. Tennis is also available at several nearby clubs.
Skiing is a 1.5 hour car journey into the Alpes Maritimes at Auron and Isola.

Lovely secluded apartment and very secure. Clean and plenty of living space. Among the best locations in the Old City. Upper deck has magnificent views and great sun! Definitely will stay again.
Séjour formidable en famille et amis
Une première pour nous dans cette région, la ville d’Antibes est pleine de charme et attachante. Le séjour a été formidable et nous n’avons pas regretté une seconde la découverte de ce merveilleux appartement. Très propre et très soigné, décoré avec beaucoup de gout, il est particulièrement bien situé. Tout peut se faire à pied, plage, pêche, marché quotidien, promenade sur la Garoupe, chemin des douaniers,… La terrasse est un réel plus, pour y faire la sieste, déjeuner, diner, jeux de société en famille. Le lieu est étonnant calme, aucun bruit de voisinage ou de rue, un vrai bonheur. Si vous voulez passer un moment inoubliable, je vous conseille vivement l’endroit.
As close to perfect as it gets!
With our family (children and grandchildren) we spent 3 weeks in this beautiful, spacious apartment in an historic building in the heart of Antibes Old Town. We loved every minute of our time here. The building is on a bustling square filled with restaurants, small shops and twice weekly markets; however, once inside the apartment , it was a haven of quiet. We ate most of our meals on the rooftop terrace where the views are stunning. The interior design is lovely and in keeping with the historic nature of the building, but at the same time is very comfortable and practical.
We didn't have a car and didn't miss it at all. There are 2 beautiful beaches, the ramparts, shops, the fort and much more, all within easy walking distance. For exploring nearby towns there is good train and bus service.
Svetlana, the manager, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay.
Our experience here was as close to perfect as it gets and we sincerely hope to return to this superb apartment.
Semaine de rêve dans le vieil Antibes
Premier séjour avec ma fille et des amis dans ce bel appartement en plein coeur du viel Antibes, près de tous les commerces et marchés qui nous ont permis de goûter à toutes les spécialités locales. L'appartement est très confortable, très propre avec des meubles et des matériaux de qualité. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les appéritifs et dîners sur la terrasse qui domine les toits du vieux quartier. La plage à 5 mn et la climatisation en font un appartement de choix dans lequel nous retournerons sans aucun doute.
As a family of five, [3 teenagers]we found it to be perfect.Spacious, airy, very comfortable accommodation, very attractive decor and in a
great location, right in the heart of Antibes, but still very peaceful and quiet inside. Roof top terrace had great views. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
We are in the perfect location on the Cote D'Azur, only a 20 minutes drive to Nice airport and a short trip to Cannes (10 mn by train). The apartment occupies the finest location near the main street of the Old town of Antibes, with it's elevated position and its terrace in duplex. The apartment is a minutes walk from the bustling Antibes Provencal market which opens daily near the medevial ramparts and a wide choice of restaurants and cafes are in very close vicinity. The world famous Picasso museum housed in the Chateau Grimaldi is just a few streets further by foot. Antibes is also famous for its Port Vauban : the true centre for Mediterranean yachting which makes this an all year round destination. The port is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is 400 metres away from a first sandy beach. Alternatively there are a number of pretty 'perched' villages a short car ride inland such as St Paul de Vence and Mougins with their numerous restaurants and galleries. Monaco and the Italian border is a short train ride from Antibes station and is therefore very accessible for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. In winter both Alps Maritime ski resorts of Isola and Auron are approximately 1.5 hours drive from Antibes making skiing accessible.

Refundable security deposit of 700 Euros. Arrival time 4 pm and departure before 10.00am. Any bank charges incurred in transfers are the responsibility of the guests. Any fees required by the bank for a swift transfert is payable by the renters.
