The Paseo de Gracia D apartment is a lovely completely renovated 1 bedroom apartment in a beautifully maintained building located on Barcelona’s wealthiest avenue Passeig de Gracia, just a view meters from the main square Placa de Catalunia, the center core of Barcelona. The gothic quarter and Las Ramblas are only a stone throw from the apartment.

From the moment that you walk into the beautiful marble entrance of this in 1890 constructed building you will be completely captivated.

This fantastic apartment has light parquet flooring throughout; the quality of the furnishings and tasteful decoration give the apartment a wonderfully modern and elegant look... it has been refurbished to a high of standards and this is very apparent as you walk in the front door.

The living room comes with a comfortable sofa and 2 arm chairs. This is the perfect spot to sit back in and relax; TV, DVD, all the appliances are top notch making this a luxurious apartment. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed for the 3rd and 4th guest in one easy movement. The spacious private terrace with table and chairs for 4 people plus 2 sun chairs is reachable from the living room. Orientation is south, perfect for sun hungry travellers. Even during sunny winter days this terrace is a plus as pretty much covered from the wind.

There is also a dining table inside the apartment which appears to be a desk to work on but can be easily converted and offers space for 4 guests to enjoy a meal.

The main bedroom comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom tastefully done in marble with bath/shower and fresh towels, soap and shampoo ready for use on arrival.

Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern kitchen offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. All appliances are top brands. At the guests disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of this elegant building and gets reached by using the glass elevator. The buildings community is quiet and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance. We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here.

So far we manage three apartments in this beautiful maintained building (Paseo de Gracia C, D and E) and have the gorgeous Casa Verdu apartment just around the corner. These apartments are also published on this website.

Amazing stay!

This was my favorite place I have ever stayed on any trip! We stayed for 3 nights and it was just my husband and I (even though you could prob fit 2 small children on the pull out couch). Right from the start we were treated very nicely by Andrea who explained everything in the apartment and even offered us a book they made with dinning and site seeing options.

The room was more than spacious for 2 people and the bathroom with it's his and her sink was so comfortable. They even offered a great hair blow dryer, which is always a plus!

We loved the apartment so much we opted to stay in one night and order food in just to be able to enjoy this wonderful space.

The location could not have been better. We were walking distance to everything and it was great to be able to wake up late and still have a happening restaurant or bar to walk to. Across the street they have "El National" which is a trendy space with 3 or 4 restaurants to choose from.

My favorite part of the entire apartment was that they have these metal black out curtains all throughout the apartment. After a late night out this was the perfect way to rest and wake up late with.

I cannot stress enough how this is the best apartment for space, location and beauty. I cant wait to go back to Barcelona so I can stay here once again.

My husband and I could not wish for a better place for our two weeks stay in Barcelona.

Location is just the best. Apartment is spacious, clean, quiet, well equipped. If you like the photos, you will like the apartment.

Wonderful Apartment

My husband and I just came back from spending a week in this wonderful Barcelona apartment. It was everything we could have wanted. The apartment was clean and new and very well equipped, including having a full size washer and dryer and a terrace. Marcel was extremely helpful and spent time explaining everything to us on our first day. The location couldn't have been more ideal - we could walk to virtually everything, but when we needed to take the subway, it was right outside the door. We could not have asked for a better place.

Beautiful Apt. in Excellent Location

Terrific place to stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. Plenty of storage for clothing, suitcases and bathroom articles. The picures are accurate but it is better in person! The kitchen is small but more than adequate for breakfast and snacks. Placa de Catalunya is minutes away walking and the Metro is directly outside the front door. Several charming tapas bars within a block or two. (Try Ciudad Comtal or Tapas 24) We would recommend this to family and friends. We would definitely stay here again.Thank you Marcel and thank you to Enrique - the best doorman ever!

Great apartment in the centre of town

Everything about this apartment is just perfect: just around the corner from Plaza Cataluna, but very quiet, clean and everything in it seems brand new. The terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun. Supermarket is nearby and Barcelona's highlights are at walking distance. On top of that, Marcel was very quick in replying to all the questions I had prior to our arrival. In short, this is a perfect stay for a holiday in Barcelona!

This wonderful apartment is located on the city's most elegant commercial boulevard, “Passeig de Gracia” only a few meters from Placa de Catalunia, the city's main square.

The Area surrounding the Apartment;

The guest staying at the Passeig de Gracia C apartment will be assured easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and will find that this apartment is a great spot from which to map out daily jaunts and from which to explore all that this fantastic city has to offer...

Most of Barcelona’s famous spots of interest such as Gaudi’s La Pedrera, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, Las Ramblas with the well known Boqueria fresh food market, the old town with the gothic quarter and El Borne as well as the harbour are reachable within a few minutes walking (no transportation needed). If public transportation is needed for example to visit Gaudi’s park Guell or Sagrada Familia (the symbol of the city), there would be a metro station literally right in front of the building’s entrance with access to 3 lines (L2, L3 and L4). The L4 (yellow line) would bring guests also to the beaches Barceloneta, Port Olimpic/ Ciutadella, Marbella and Poble Nou. The line L3 (green line) would bring the guest for example to Barca’s impressive football stadium CAMP NOU. The underground metro in Barcelona is cheap and fast. There would also be the option to take a taxi which in Barcelona is also cheaper than in most western European cities. Taxis are circulating in this area 24h. There is a taxi stop right at the next street corner (15 meters from the apartment). To get to the beach from the apartment would take about 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) and would not cost more than 7,- Euros.

During the check-in procedure our guests will receive detailed explanations about everything that is useful and important to know when visiting this great city. We have a selection of restaurant and tapas bar recommendations prepared and will advise where to find the next grocery store, about shop opening hours, etc..
