Lovely Intervale condo located in wooded area off Stratton Mountain access road (just 3 miles from the base lodge). Spacious living/ dining area with brick fireplace.Newly remodeled kitchen. First floor master bedroom with full bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Upstairs has two bedrooms (one with a private full bathroom), a hall bathroom, and a loft.

This house is a perfect set up for 4 adults and 4-6 kids (2 families )

We are a family of five from NJ. We love everything about Vermont and the outdoors. We use the house about twice a month in the winter and when ever time allows in the summer and fall. We all like to hike ,fish, kayak and ski.Although we are high energy we also like to kick back ,relax by the fire and enjoy home cooked meals.

Why John Myer chose Stratton and Bromley Ski Areas

We had skied other areas in Southern VT. for a few years before we stumbled upon Stratton. Once we started skiing here we were on a mission to find the right place for us as a family. When the realtor called and said there was something available at Intervale I rushed right up to take a look. It was nicer and more manageable than other places we had rented in the past. I purchased it sight unseen by my family. Well ... I kinda had to there were bidding wars on vacation homes at that time (yeah remember those days ). The house is perfect for us and another family or a whole bunch of the kids friends. It has become our retreat from the real world. We have had many good times with friends and family here.

What makes this townhome unique

The house is in a quiet and wooded development of townhouses only three miles from the mountain and a half mile from Winhall Market.There are many things to here do for outdoor enthusiast to the shopper. Manchester Village is only a short drive away.

Picture perfect condo!

My wife and I have stayed here for a few days in the winter of 2013 and 2014, and we've booked some more dates for 2015! This condo is literally perfect in every respect! It's super clean, up to date, a 2 minute drive from the mountain, and has that cozy mountain feel you expect when taking a ski trip. John has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with as well. He's very responsive (both before and during your trip), easy to deal with, and he's given us great food and activity recommendations. My wife is in the residential real estate business and has VERY high expectations when it comes to hotels or lodging...with that being said, she fell in love with this condo, and won't stay anywhere else now when we come up to VT. The pictures don't do this place justice! Very highly recommended.

Warm and cozy

We have stayed at this condo twice in the past couple of years.Once was before the upgrades and it was nice and well kept then. Once after the owner put in a new kitchen ,carpet ,and tile. It's even better now. Both times it was very easy and manageable. The first stay was with 4 adults and 3 kids the second was with 4 adults and 5 kids.It snowed both times we were there and it was quite enchanting. The house is very clean and kept neat. It is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The owner is very easy to deal with. Stratton is a fun place to ski !! We are planning another visit back this year

A perfect respite!

My family stayed the weekend at this lovely, clean condo. It was homey, well stocked, close to the mountain and a great rental. I would definitely come back again!!! The owner was gracious and very easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Nice set up, loved the fire place. Super clean w/ plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. Well stocked utensils, pans etc in the kitchen, very nice amenities. A pleasant, quiet unit convenient to the mountain, driving or shuttle.
