This luxury modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in an exclusive small block of 11 apartments in the 'Domaine des Reines' development, a stones throw from the new Hotel Nendaz 4 Vallees luxury hotel & Spa complex. It has all the modern conveniences you would expect, including Free Wi-Fi, 130 Ch. Cable TV, full heating, eye level fire place to make your stay comfortable & cosy. Whether you are here for winter sports or to enjoy the outdoors in summer, the apartment is comfortable and will easily accommodate two couples or a family in style.
There is a large private indoor Swimming pool within the Domaine des Reines development a short walk down the hill to building 'C' accessed with your own electronic key. A Sun terrace and a Sauna within the pool complex is at your disposal, just right after a hard day on the slopes or hiking. The apartments large outdoor terraces are mainly used in summer and allow for al-fresco dining and watching the sun set over the spectacular mountains! In summer a gas BBQ is at your disposal along with garden furniture, sun loungers and a 3 sq.m. Canopy. The two terraces are accessed from each of the bedrooms and the living area.
Ski lockers in the building and a 'pay' laundry room with washer and dryer are on the ground floor for the use of guests. A designated car parking space is 30 m away from the front door.
The area is child friendly with a playground for the younger ones just 100m away and facilities such as a volley ball, tennis, rock-climbing, trampoline bungee and an ice skating rink in winter only 300m down the hill. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with landscaped grounds for the summer within a short walk.
The sports field below the apartment is used by Para gliders who regularly land there and are a spectacular sight as they fly past. You will not regret choosing this delightful Swiss Alpine retreat.

Bijzonder comfortabel appartement in 4 Vallees
Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit zeer comfortabele appartement in prachtig skigebied. Het appartement is zeer luxueus, gezellig en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, precies zoals in de omschrijving vermeld. De open haard zorgt voor extra sfeer.
De winkels zijn op loopafstand en de wandeling naar de gondel is dankzij de Funiculaire en het feit dat de eigenaar voor lockers vlakbij de skilift had gezorgd zeer goed te doen.
Quatre Vallees is een schitterend skigebied, zowel geschikt voor beginners als (zeer) gevorderden.
Het zwembad bevindt zich zoals vermeld in een apart gebouw wat even lopen is. Helaas was het zwembad koud en erg lawaaierig met veel kleine kinderen, maar dat was dan ook echt het enige -relatief onbelangrijke- minpuntje. De eigenaar is bijzonder hulpvaardig en geen moeite was hem teveel om ons verblijf tot een succes te maken. Wij voelden ons (twee volwassenen en twee pubers) zeer welkom!
Comfortable, large, amazing views, great location
The apartment is nice and new, spacious, clean, comfortable and supplies all you need. Handy location close to the Nendaz Telecabine, pool and sauna facilities nice but in another building - not a big deal. Everything worked well. Keith the owner was very accommodating and easy to contact.
Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms comfortable and spacious, bathrooms are great, heating was super easy to control in each room. The view over the alps at sunrise and sunset was gorgeous. Huge balcony - too cold to make use of in winter but would be amazing in summer. My only suggestions for improvement (minor!) are that extra towels would be nice (particularly as the pool is BYO towel) and we could not figure out the stereo - didn't seem to work. But all in all a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to recommend it!

Sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was benötigt wird.
Wunderschöne Aussicht! Kurze Distanz (10 min.) zur Talstation und COOP. Kinderspielplatz und Schlittenbahn (5 min.) entfernt. Wir fanden die Wohnung absolut Top. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Schwimmbad nicht im gleichen Gebäude ist.
Fantastic apartment ! What a cool place !
The apartment is luxurious and 5 star in all respects with a large balcony/terrace with stunning and breathtaking views. It is extremely well presented in a stylish and modern way with high quality fixtures and fittings, and comes equipped with a full range of modern appliances, including wifi, ipod docking station, dvd player, cable TV, full laundry facilities (in apartment block), log fire, complimentary pool and sauna access. The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained.
The close proximity within a few minutes walking distance to the ski lifts/telecabin via a modern funicular is a bonus. There are ski lockers in the apartment block with the option to hire lockers near the telecabin. Nendaz gives great access to an extensive 4 valleys ski area including Verbier and the whole area is great for snowboarders and skiers alike. The apartment is well situated within a few minutes walk to all amenities in Nendaz which also has some great restaurants. The apartment represents great value for money and we will definitely be returning next year.
What a nice flat
We had a fantastic week at this appartement!
The fittings were much more luxurious than you would ever expect to find in a
rental holiday home. We recommend this lovely, modern furnited appartment.
It is well located with a good access with the car and private parking just outside
the building. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
The new funicular lift is the best and easiest way to get to the cableway.
The private pool and sauna are wonderful after a long day of ski.
The appartment is spacious and very clean with a very nice view on the mountains.
The owner is very helpful for any information you may need and we recommend this flat to families and friends!!
