Bright, quiet and silent top floor flat. Tastefully decorated, in a practical and contemporary style. It has an easy internal arrangement, with no corridors 'everything is close at hand'. Long views of the capital's rooftops and to the sea in the background. Located in a 7th floor (with lift), in the heart of the city, in the Callao de Lima street (corner with Pilar street). A few meters from the recreation area of Parque Garcia Sanabria, City Hall, the Civil Government and the commercial areas of Pilar and Castillo streets. Very close to the Clinica Parque as well as to other hospitals: Clinica Hospiten Rambla, Clinica Capote and Clinica Santa Cruz. Suitable for people with reduced mobility to a moderate degree (accessible for people in wheelchairs).

The apartment doesn’t have terrace or balcony, but has two windows in the living-dining room with views over the rooftops of the capital. The master bedroom is also exterior and with the same panoramic. The kitchen and the second bedroom are bright and overlook a small and quiet courtyard. The bathroom is interior.

The apartment is a few meters from the recreation area of Parque Garcia Sanabria (“green lung” of the City).

The Parque Marítimo César Manrique swimming pools complex, the Central Bus Exchanger and the Auditorium, are 9 minutes by car.

Las Teresitas white sand beach and San Andres fishing village are 8 km.

Las Gaviotas beach is below Las Teresitas beach, but has a more complicated access.

Pharmacy (20 mts.), Supermarket (40 mts.), Shops and Boutiques, Bakeries, Bars, Restaurants, Banks, etc., are around the area.

As the apartment is situated in a very central area of the capital and in a pedestrian street, parking in the surrounding are limited, although, with greater or lesser difficulty, you can always find site for parking. As an alternative, there is a public Parking only 2 min. walking distance from the apartment.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife has many places with WIFI free (city center, parks, restaurants, bars, etc).

In any case, the best way to visit Tenerife is renting a car (not are expensive in comparison with other tourist locations).

Un piso estupendo

La verdad es que hemos estado muy bien en este piso. El tamaño es ideal para una familia con dos niños como nosotros, esta muy bien equipado y además te facilitan cualquier cosa que te haga falta. La situación es inmejorable porque esta en el Centro de Santa Cruz y rodeado de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Repetiremos.
