The tram stop, 200 metres away, allows you to leave your car in the underground car park (secure with a remote control) and enjoy this mode of transport. This 2-room flat is in a peaceful building. The lodging offers a bedroom, a bathrooms, a kitchen in the living area, and a wooden terrace where it is a pleasure to lounge in the sunshine. Comfy apartment in excellent location

We enjoyed staying in this comfortable apartment which has everything you need for a couple to stay in (fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, fan and A/C unit, etc.). It's in a very quiet building and there is lots of sun coming in during the day. We particularly liked the location of the apartment which is close to the highway for when we wanted to explore the area by car. It's also close to the tram station which enabled us to leave the car in the parking while exploring Nice. The owners of the place were very nice and friendly, which made our stay really easy.

Very nice clean and convenient to tram stops

Lovely property celine was very good and we had a wonderful time. The tram is only a few hundred yards away from the door and costs just 1 Euro fifty cent to get to anywhere of importance in nice. These run until 1.30 am. There is a supermarket with cash machine and pharmacy opposite the st michel station just out the door to the right.

L'appartement est dans une zone plutôt calme et est fonctionnel. Nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer des vacances formidables. Nous n'hesiterons pas à revenir.

Saubere, wunderschöne, moderne Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt (1 Woche) war in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr angenehm. Auf der Terasse haben wir jeden Tag im Grünen unser Essen genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Bad und Küche sind sehr modern und die Anbindung an Tram und Supermarkt sind super. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Confortable, tranquilo y bien comunicado

El apartamento está algo alejado de la zona más transitada turísticamente de Niza, pero la verdad es que el tranvía está a 5 minutos caminando y en menos de 10 estás en la Plaza Massena y la Ciudad Vieja. Hay tranvías cada 5 minutos y un bono de 10 viajes cuesta 10 euros, o sea es barato y fácil de desplazarse. A partir de las 21.00 el tranvía pasa cada 20 o 25 minutos.

El apartamento está como nuevo, muy limpio y una ducha magnífica. Es un edificio de residentes y al ser una planta baja tiene una terracita en el propio jardín que da el sol por las mañanas.

Los propietarios son muy agradables, te informan de qué hacer o visitar y son muy educados.

Lo único a mejorar son las almohadas que son cojines y nos pareció poco cómodas.

We highly recommend visiting Monaco and Vieux Menton. On the coast, Antibes and Cannes offer golden sandy beaches for swimming. Discover Provencal delicacies in the colourful streets of Vieux-Nice.
