Great views, quality apartment with a super pool.

Beautiful and quiet location, the apartment is of high quality. Very clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pool and it was great to have privacy and good support from Sylvia when needed.

Stunning Views!

A warm welcome from Silvia was much appreciated after a long drive. The property is set in a stunning location with breathtaking views of the bay that you can never tire of. It has space, a very well equipped kitchen, a fabulous barbeque on the terrace, and the pool chair and beds were extremely comfortable. The gated grounds made everything feel very safe and secure, and the picture windows framed amazing views.

There was also so much to do in the area from beautiful mountain villages, fabulous coastline, and fun Cannes with its opulence and amazing sports cars.

We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

This was an absolutely splendid place to stay in. It is spacious, extremely well equipped, comfortable, in the most wonderful location with a superb swimming pool. Besides this Luke and Silvia are so helpful. The villa is well maintained and clean. It is quiet and a car is necessary.

The property is a bit of a distance from the beach but it only took 15 minutes in the car. And some of the beaches in the area are so lovely. Luke gave us excellent advice on this. If you don't want to go to the beach there are so many interesting places to visit from here, Nice, Antibes, St Paul de Vence, Cannes amongst others. We did a mixture of activities and so enjoyed coming back to jump into the pool and sit on the terrace with a cool drink.

We have stayed in many places but this was one of the best we have found.

Ein sehr grosszügig und gepflegtes Appartement, Stadtnah und doch abseits ohne jeglichen Lärm. Ein Panoramafenster mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Der Pool lädt zum baden ein. Die Vermieterin Sylvia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne Tips über lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele. Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen voll Erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A 600 Euros Security Deposit applies on each booking and can be paid either at arrival (French cheque or cash) or together with the final payment 30 days before arrival. This Security Deposit will be refunded at your departure.

Due to recent experiences, the end of stay cleaning is now compulsory; you will be invited to settle this on arrival The cost is 90 euros.

During LOW SEASON book 3 weeks and get the third at HALF price!!

Normal changeover day is Saturday, but we can be flexible in the quieter months.


Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
