We are suspending bookings temporarily until we are certain about completion dates. )) This Whistler vacation rental accommodation is 400 yards (metres) from Blackcomb's main ski run. Three bedroom + loft -Snowbird 101 rental accommodation is a luxury 1900 square foot (177 square metres) penthouse townhouse in Whistler that has space for up to seven adults.
Walk or ski 400 yards of trail to the Blackcomb ski run near to lifts. High vaulted ceilings planked with cedar and high windows create an airy feeling and open to Whistler Valley views. The main floor bedroom has a king sized bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Upstairs is a lounge and bedroom with a king sized bed. There is also a sleeping loft upstairs. Our underground and secured parking garage has accommodation for two cars. The private entrance at ground level leads to the landscaped grounds.

Why Tom Lauga chose Upper Village
We chose this location because it is walking distance to most things and, yet; it is still a quiet area. It's close to the village but not in the night time noise of the village centre. We find that once we arrive, we don't use our car very often.

Perfectly located and perfect for us
The location was amazing for us and Tom was super helpful. The condo was amazing for us - we could get to Whistler village and skiing quickly and in the afternoon get in the hot tub and in the evening hangout as a family. Had everything that we needed!
Gorgeous, convenient and very comfortable.
Just a wonderful place to stay in Whistler-Blackcomb. Tom couldn't have been more helpful with tips before our trip and questions that came up along the way. The condo is beautiful, very well equipped and was extremely comfortable for our family of four. We'll certainly stay here again if we're lucky enough to be able to come back to this beautiful part of the world!
Great home away from in a warm and inviting setting.
Owner greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome and explained all the amenities and features of this beautiful condo. Convenient to the lifts and the village. Couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay and will definitely look for this location on a return visit.

Tom was a great host, easy to get a hold and quick with replies. This was my first time using VRBO and Tom made it a very pleasant experience. Cant really say much more about the property, what you see in the pictures and description is truly what you get. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at Whistler!
Terrific stay on the Blackcomb side
The property is as advertised. Luxurious, clean, convenient, and lovely. A word about convenience - the #5 bus stops about 50 steps from the front door, making it completely unnecessary to travel in street gear to the slopes and then boot up and locker up there. By skiing to Whistler Village and staying far right one can ski right to the door of the #5 bus too! Ski out is possible, but takes a bit of fiddling to get right. Tom was very responsive and made our stay wonderful. The condo is move-in ready and is more like an executive short term rental than a vacation property. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else on trips to Whistler.
Modern Townhouse With Helpful Owner
Tom the owner was so helpful right from hours after I booked and he reached out with things to know for our time in Whistler. He continued to be very helpful and detailed in parting his local knowledge. The townhouse is modern with a good size to it and all amenities you would expect. I highly rate our stay.
Walking Distance Location: Elegant Hotels, Chateau Whistler and Four Seasons Whistler, shops and restaurants are 400 yards (meters) from the townhouse. A free shuttle bus to Whistler attractions stops in front of our development. We are located in the exclusive Blackcomb Benchlands area. This quiet residential area has a pedestrian trail system which makes a short walk to restaurants, shops and Whistler's night life.
For winter or summer vacations, our penthouse townhouse is walking distance to: the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, the Chateau Whistler Spa, Whistler Village, summer swimming in Lost Lake, parks and numerous trails for cross country skiing, biking, jogging, and hiking.

Reservations are secured with a 25% deposit. The remainder of the rental is paid 30 days ahead of arrival. There is a 5% sales tax on rentals. If there is a cancellation, a $25 transaction fee will be applied.
