Feel free to stroll through the old town, from our wonderful Larios street, past the Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Museum of Arts and customs the archaeological site of the Roman Theater and the Alcazaba. You can not miss the new boulevard in the port of Malaga called Pier One.

Great flat with unique features and all mod cons very close to old town

I stayed 3 weeks in Julio's flat in a nice complex just a short, pleasant walk from the centre of town. The flat has everything you need; good Wi-Fi, all mod cons, cooking equipment, new TV. The listing is very accurate, the property clean and tidy.

The terrace is nice and gets a bit of sun, and Julio also gave me keys to another terrace in the old town which has sun all day. The bedroom is completely circular which is an interesting feature.

Overall I can recommend Julio's flat, it is pretty much as described and the location is excellent - the walk to centre of town is easy and its 15-20 mins walk to Malagueta beach, and just 5 mins to Corte Ingles which has an excellent roof terrace and all of your shopping needs. The local area is friendly and has a nice vibe.

Julio was very helpful and always answered queries promptly.

Perfect Base for Old Town

We found this apartment to be a perfect base for visiting Malaga Old Town.

The owner Julio was extremely helpful when we arrived. The apartment is easy to find just 15 minutes by taxi from the airport (Sunday traffic!). The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. The circular bedroom makes for a really interesting feature - and opens onto the terrace - ideal for breakfast! The apartment was really peaceful and quiet and ideal as a base.

Just a couple of minutes walk to the wonderful historic centre with numerous tapas bars and restaurants. Malaga beach is within walking distance - a very pleasant stroll around the marina with it's buzzing promenade. Don't miss the cathedral, and numerous churches and museums in the old town. The Picasso Museum not to be missed.

Overall a lovely place to stay - thank you Julio!

Comfortable, Spacious, Ideal Location, Terrace

The apartment is very nice, and the location is excellent. I was very comfortable and had everything very near ( supermarket, shops, restaurants, market, banks, pharmacy). The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the city center and is in a very quiet location. I enjoyed very much having breakfast or dinner in the Terrace. I loved the open space in the living room, modern kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for a city gateway and as well very accessible if you want to go to the beach (10 min bus) or to the Coast as the train station is 5 minutes away. The owner is really friendly and gave me great tips for Restaurants and Amenities. I recommend the place 100%

Prestation de très mauvaise qualité

Appartement qui ne correspondait pas à la description sur le site ( notamment de la peinture effritée dans la chambre , une connexion Wifi à débit limité ce qui à été très contraignant au vu de ma réalisation du rapport de stage à effectuer)

Accueil du propriétaire plutôt moyen : Une visite rapide de l'appartement, pas d'inventaire réalisé

Au niveau de la qualité globale de l'appartement et de ses équipements: Un appartement rempli de poussière, une présence insistante de cafards ( preuve à l'appui si besoin est), des canalisations qui ne sont pas saines.

De ce fait, j'ai contacté le propriétaire afin de trouver des solutions puisqu'il était impossible de vivre plus longtemps dans cet appartement en mauvais état, et j'ai donc demandé un remboursement. Le remboursement m'a été au début refusé sous prétexte que je mentais, mais avec des preuves concrètes le propriétaire s'est rendu compte qu'il avait fait une erreur, il a alors envoyé une femme de ménage et a fait l'acquisition d'une connexion très haut débit (fibre).

Quelques jours plus tard j'ai alors eu des excuses de sa part et obtenu mon remboursement.

Je ne recommande donc pas cet appartement, qui ne convient ni à une famille, ni à des amis.

Owner's Response: Este huésped causó problemas desde el primer día, molestando a los vecinos sin dejarles descansar. Le llamé la atención y se molestó. Se marchó antes de tiempo por el bien de todos. No recomiendo a este viajero como huésped porque es problemático.
