About the property

T2 Bis furnished 58 m2 on 1st floor of a small building dating from the 18th century in the pirate town intramural. Very good location (calm, close trade, restaurants, entertainment, close to the beach, nice view on flowered place). Very nice kitchen open to the living room. The room benefits from a double very light exposure. A lounge (wood paneling and beautiful old parquet) with fireplace 2 sofa beds (quality mattress), a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, a bathroom with toilet (redone in February 2017). WiFi access in the apartment.

Equipment: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, dishes, coffee machine, toaster, TV, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer. The rental price includes all utilities (water, electricity, heating, local tax). The linen is provided and your beds will be made upon arrival! Possibility of cleaning service for 50 € at the end of the stay. A cleaning deposit of this amount will be claimed to tenants who do not wish this service. It will be returned on departure if the cleanliness of the apartment was satisfactory. The amount of the deposit for the apartment is 400 €, also refundable at the end of the stay.

Appartement très jolie, lumineuse et fonctionnel.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Très bon acceuil de la part d'Isabelle. Nous sommes arrivé à 21h30 et l'appartement était chauffé et 'cosy'. Très jolie appartement et bien situé en plein coeur d'intra muros. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup.

Ideal Location

My husband and I stayed here for a week during the month of October. The apartment has an excellent location right in the middle of this beautiful old town. It is clean, well furnished, comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with what is needed to make from a coffee to a meal for the two of us. It offers access to the beaches and walking around the wall that surrounds St. Malo. We explored places that we wanted to visit beyond the town both by car and public bus system. Servan was very helpful, generous with showing us the area at the beginning, helping us get a parking permit, and easy to contact as we needed.

We highly recommend this spacious, bright, cozy place!

Un bel appartement dans les murs de la vieille ville dans l'un des blocs anciens d'appartements.

L'appartement au premier étage a tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour un séjour dans les murs de la vieille ville de St Malo. Servane, le détenteur de clé, était extrêmement utile et instructif. La salle de bain vient d'être rénovée. Les escaliers sont étroits en raison de l'âge du bloc d'appartements. Le salon et la chambre étaient très confortables. La cuisine avait tous les appareils pour nous permettre de prendre le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner occasionnel. Il y a une connexion Wifi. Il y a plein de places de stationnement juste à l'extérieur des murs de la ville avec, évidemment, plus de places de parking dans la semaine.

Les propriétaires ont fourni toutes les informations dont vous avez besoin pour connaître votre séjour sur le site d'Abritel sur votre réservation, les informations relatives à l'arrivée, l'itinéraire, et bien d'autres choses encore, telles que des conseils sur les restaurants. Sehr schöne Location

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen: kurzer Weg zum Strand, mitten im Geschehen - jedoch nicht laut, alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Empfang von Servane, sowie ihre Hilfe, ist liebenswert und ausgezeichnet.

Sie hat uns gute Tips gegeben, unter anderem für das Parken des Autos.
