Our villa is situated in a private village on Chang Noi Beach which is a large sandy bay surrounded on each side by mountainous rain forest. The beach is clean white sand with a crystal clear sea just a few meters from the house. Probably the quietest and one the most beautiful beaches on the island. The house is ideal for a family with children
The villa consists of a living room area with a large leather sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player. Behind the living room is a fully fitted kitchen and dining area with a table seating 6 people.
The interior door leads off to the main bedroom with a King bed, two wardrobes and bed-side tables, all furnished in golden teak.There is a door to a luxurious double wash room with walk in shower and a toilet.
The upstairs bedroom has a King bed, two bed-side tables, and a small cabinet, all in golden teak wood. The front doors open out on to a small balcony overlooking the garden, beach and the sea with a view out to the whole bay.
The upstairs roof terrace is shaded by a pergola and climbing plants, a small table and two chairs, and leads to a wash room and toilet on one side and a walk in shower room on the other side. The bathroom is shared with the back bedroom which contains a wardrobe, Queen bed and a sofa.
In the garden there is a round table with seating for 6 and 4 sun-loungers.
I am a Thai lady with two young children. I live in Pattaya, but I love our house in Koh Chang,and so do our children. I can relax while they play on the beach. In the day you can sit in our tropical garden You can take a few steps in to the sea at any time. In the evening, sit on the porch and watch the spectacular sunset over the bay
Koh Chang is Thailand's second biggest island situated in the Gulf of Thailand, near to Cambodia. The island is still largely unspoiled, with sandy beaches and mountainous rain forest designated as one of Thailand's National Parks.
The island contains spectacular beaches, fishing villages on stilts, the largest of which is at Bang Bao, mountainous backdrops with waterfalls at Klong Plu and Thanmayom, and tropical rainforest. Restaurants range from street food, roadside stalls to seafood restaurants on jetties and piers, beach restaurants and international restaurants and buffets at the bigger hotels
Activities available include snorkelling, kayaking, fishing trips, boat trips, island hopping, cruises to outlying islands, hiking and jungle trekking, elephant riding and cookery classes , and for those who just want to relax and rejuvenate there are many spa and wellness facilities, massages, and beauty treatments available nearby. For those looking for nightlife, there are many pubs offering big screen sport, and bars and beach bars with live music. Most of the nightlife and beach bars are situated on White Sands Beach and Lonely Beach.
The eastern side of the island is largely undeveloped and there is a very pretty drive along the coast on the edge of the rainforest.
There is a complementary free shuttle service to the club house, pitch and put course, marina, marina pub and other areas within the village Car hire is available from the Beach club or on White sands beach if required.

Electricity, water and damage deposit Electricity is charged at cost, currently around 5 baht per KWH. The amount depends on your actual metered usage but should be around Baht 250 per day. We ask for a cash deposit in Baht on arrival of B300 per day to cover this: the total will therefore depend on the length of stay. Water is charged at cost.
We also require a security deposit to cover damage of B10000. Local staff will hand over the keys on arrival and read the electricity meter and on departure will check the electricity meter with the Tenant, and also check for any damage. The cost of electricity at the standard rate and any damage will be deducted from the deposit and the net balance repaid to the Tenant
We require a booking deposit of 25% to secure your reservation.
The balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencement date
The Security Deposit and Electricity and Water deposit are payable in cash on arrival
