Luxurious 3 bedroom Thai style villa: Two magnificent swimming pools nearby.

The villa consists of a living room area with a large leather sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player. Behind the living room is a fully fitted kitchen and dining area with a table seating 6 people.

The interior door leads off to the main bedroom with a double bed, two wardrobes and bed-side tables, all furnished in golden teakwood. There is a door to a luxurious double wash room with walk in shower and a toilet..

The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and two bed-side tables, and a small cabinet, all in golden teak wood. The front doors open out on to a small balcony overlooking the garden, beach and the sea with a view out to the whole bay.

The upstairs roof terrace has a small table and two chairs and leads to a wash room and toilet on one side and a walk in shower room on the other side. The bathroom is shared with the back bedroom which contains a wardrobe, Queen bed and a sofa.

In the garden there is a round table with seating for 6 and two sun-loungers.

Koh Chang is Thailand's second biggest island situated in the Gulf of Thailand, near to Cambodia. Koh Chang is still largely unspoiled, with sandy beaches and mountainous rain forest designated as one of Thailand's National Parks.

Our luxury Villa is situated on a prestigious private resort village on Chang Noi Beach, about 5 minutes by car from the ferry. Chang Noi is a large sandy bay surrounded on each side by rain forest. The beach is clean white sand with a crystal clear sea just a few meters from the house.

The village includes a 9 hole pitch and put course, two communal swimming pools, a Club House and restaurant, and a Marina with pub.

The Villa is about 10 minutes from the small village of Klong Son where you can find local restaurants, a local market and a mini mart. Further up the pretty Klong Son valley is probably the best elephant camp on the island. Bustling White Sands Beach with its pubs, open air restaurants, shops and bars is about 15 minutes away by car or motorbike, and the fisherman's village of Bang Bao with its long pier over the water is an exciting drive up winding hills about 45 minutes away.

The East side of the island is largely undeveloped and there is a very pretty drive along the coast on the edge of the rain forest where you can relax or eat at the Koh Chang spa.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

Electricity is charged at cost around 4 baht per KWH. The amount should be around Baht 250 per day. We ask for a cash deposit on arrival of Baht 300 per day to cover this: the total will therefore depend on the length of stay. We also require a security deposit to cover damage of Baht 10000. Any difference with the actual charge will be refunded or payable prior to departure

We require a booking deposit of 25% to secure your reservation.
The balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencement date

The Beach Club house is about 500 metres along the beach and serves meals and drinks throughout the day in the high season. There is also a small boutique hotel about 200 metres along the beach which serves meals and has a spa facility. There is a magnificent 35 metre salt water swimming pool next to the Beach Club, and a second large pool and beach bar in the other direction along the beach Sporting activities includes a challenging 9 hole Pitch and Put golf course officially adopted by FIPPA and water sports like windsurfing, kayaking and paddle board are also available in the village There is a limited maid service 3 days a week. Additional maid services may be arranged in advance, depending on demand
