Here you will find the best value between quality and price!
I was born in the same year of Villa Batiuska, 1963.
My parents did build the house in Capri style by local workers and gave it the nickname of my grandfather, Batiuska.
Now, I am consultant and trainer, I teach at University in Napoli and I have a real passion for Capri Island. With my husband, my son and my nephew I I usually spend my time and energy in make more pleasant the Villa.
I am really happy if our guests fall in love Capri!
Maria purchased this villa in 1963
A great accommodation, typically 'caprese' but with every modern convenience, easy to reach walking or by bus/taxi, ideal for families, children welcome.
Villa Batiuska, built in 1963, is been our family home, where we stayed all together a long time on feast days and in summer holidays.
The home is full of wonderful memories and today it is projected into the future for hospitality.
Villa Batiuska has been renovated to accommodate guests who want to live the Capri lifestyle.
Our Guests have appreciated the completeness, amplitude, tranquility, attention to details and our willingness.
No other Villa in Capri has the same balance between quality and price!
We stayed at Villa Batiuska with our families in the occasion of our wedding in Anacapri. The villa is really beautiful and has lots of facilities, a huge garden with a swimming pool and plenty of space indoor and outdoor. The owner Maria has been incredibly helpful to the point that we could take care of many things for our wedding thanks to her advices, ideas and contacts. We could not have chosen a better place to stay, and host to care for us.
So close to heaven as possible. Everything so perfect and elegant. It is really so that you find it a home away from home. Rooms are beautiful and well acquipped and you just do not miss anything. Pool so enjoyable and great. The garden large and makes you feel being in a park
Plenty of sightseeing nearby of all Capri's beauties. Shopping facilities also nearby.
I am sure you will like to go back for many more times.
The owners really care about your stay and that you feel well. Anything you need is taken care of.
Great place for large groups. We were 7 adults and each of us had our own room to sleep in. The house is beautiful and conveniently accessible to a car accessible street, meaning that taxis can pick up from the front of the house and you can easily walk to the bus that takes you all over the island.
The homeowners were very easy to deal with and very helpful and welcoming upon our arrival. Overall this is a great place to stay and we would recommend to anyone looking for a big comfortable home base in Anacapri.
'Capri, the most famous island in the world' .... its reputation reaches you before you land in the picturesque harbour and climb towards the “Piazzaetta”, where for over a century the adventure of every traveller has started. Of Capri you’ll love the shopping, the sea which is deep and blue, the many rocks and the solitary walks, the breath taking views, the local cuisine and tasty, the silence of cool woods, racing between expanses of flowers, the archaeology and the hidden churches hidden from the crowd, the parties in the villas of the VIP’s, the evocation of the extraordinary persons who made Capri their elective home, persons like Neruda, Gorky, Munthe, Mac Kenzie, Lenin. Capri is literary, Capri is alive, Capri is waiting to be walked through by educated and curious travelers.
