Lantana 24 is a stunning first floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Located in the quieter block it enjoys fabulous sea views of the West Coast and is ideal for families or couples. This modern apartment is stylishly furnished and equipped for a very comfortable stay. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and balcony. There are two further bedrooms, one double, one twin, and a house bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Designed for outdoor living, the lounge area opens onto a large balcony with lovely sea and pool views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, larder fridge, microwave and washing machine. The lounge area has two sofas, coffee table and flat screen TV with cable channels and wi-fi internet access. Weekly maid service is included for stays of 10 days and more. Airport transfers and provisions on arrival can be arranged.

LANTANA apts have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, with large terrace area and views to the sea and West Coast. Adjacent to charming Chattel Houses and wonderful Beach Front Villas, the development is very favorably positioned just 2.4km north of Holetown.
The beach at Alleynes Bay is 2 minute walk from the site, here you will find a beach bar serving delicious food, there are also many other well known stretches of beach - from Glitter Bay & Lonestar in the South; to Gibbs, Mullins & Indulgence Spa area to the North - are also within walking distance. 2 large free-form swimming pools with loungers and brollys, generous covered decks and fantastic sea views. Secure controlled entry and private car parking.
There are two types of buses service Barbados. Blue buses with yellow stripes are government-owned; their smaller, yellow and blue-striped counterparts are privately-owned. There is a bus stop outside the apartments, cost is the same to all destinations- 2 BDS. approx 66 pence.
Adjacent to charming Chattel Houses and wonderful Beach Front Villas it is well located just 2.5 Km north of Holetown and only two minutes’ walk from the quiet golden sands of Alleynes Beach. Other well-known stretches of beach from Glitter Bay and Lonestar in the South to Gibbs/Mullins and the Indulgence Spa area to the North are just a short distance from the apartment.
The modern Lantana development has 2 large free- form swimming pools, secure controlled entry and plenty of private parking, however a car is not essential as there is good public transport links to Holetown, Speightstown and beyond.
The apartment is available for weekly or longer lets with a flexible changeover day. Longer term rentals or booking using only 1 or 2 bedroom may be available at discounted rates, please e-mail for details. Please note there is strictly no smoking in the apartment.
Holetown is 5 minute drive from Weston. In this vicinity you will find restaurants, bars and a very fine bakery/patisserie. The newly opened Lime Grove Lifestyle Centre is a fabulous oasis in the center of Holetown and showcases many designer boutiques including Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange and Breitling to name but a few, stylish coffee shops, bars and restaurants allow for relaxation whilst browsing, The centre also incorporates a gym and beauty salon to rejuvenate even the weariest shopper. The shopping mall has a coffee area, small duty free Cave Shepherd outlet, a well stocked supermarket, Internet café and boutiques. An additional walk of 5 minutes will bring you to a larger Cave Shepherd Duty Free shop.
There are restaurants specializing in Italian, Indian or Thai as well as traditional Bajan food.
Just a short distance from Speightstown to the north, the island’s second largest town, (about 5 minutes drive). Once known as Little Bristol because of connections to Bristol on the West Coast of England, Speightstown still has a feel of old time Barbados about it. There is a fish market on the seafront, fruit and vegetable sellers on the road side, a couple of local restaurants, bars and shops, plus a very well stocked supermarket.
The island has the relatively tranquil Caribbean Sea on the west coast and and on the east coast the invigorating Atlantic Ocean.
Beautiful apartment with all working amenities, wonderful view from the balcony! What we loved was that it was so peaceful no noise!
Having a self maintained apartment was great for use at our leisure. Would mention that the location of the safe is definitely not user friendly our only negative. The facility is very beautiful and very well maintained including the pools and gardens.
Everyone was friendly and accommodating, absolutely no issues from booking to end of stay. Loved it!!! Will definitely be back!!
Stayed in Barbados at the Lantana Property for 1 week in May 2016. This building was back off the road and had a nice ocean view off the balcony. All the amenities on site were good ... nice pool, kitchen was adequately stocked (although I would have liked an extra mixing bowl and a new fry pan). It was a clean 3 bedroom condo with a great layout. The A/C did not work for the first 2 days in 2 of the 3 bedrooms so that was a bit of a heat adjustment but Agnes was great and had the service man come as soon as he could to get them operating. There was great space in the condo, nice double wide balcony and very friendly staff. We had a great time and would definitely go back to Lantana on our next visit. Thanks!!
i have got to say our stay at the Lantana 24 apartments were amazing. the apartment was first class and was at a very high standard, the security was very good and the ground were clean and tidy at all times. I was very impressed by the level of attendance with the pool, the pool was cleaned almost everyday

Good location 200yds from the beach, bus stop at end of the road 5mins into Holetown. Spacious air conditioned apartment, sea views if you have upper level,really enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. Clean tidy pool area with enough sun loungers, would happily return and recommend, could do with a nice bar closer although a Banks with the locals is a must
Lovely clean well equipped apartment, with a large balcony and great sea views which was an added bonus. We enjoyed watching the sunset most evenings on Alleynes Beach, usually the only people there which was very special. Joan made booking very easy. Definitely eat at Tides, excellent food and service.
The Weston Fish Market is just a short stroll away providing a daily supply of quality fresh fish and local flavour. The popular Tropicana Surf Break is also just a quick stroll down the beach.
Attractions in the area: Atlantis Submarine, Tall Ship Cruises, diving, swimming with turtles, moonlit walks across the beach. Visit Harrison's Cave, stalactite and stalagmite formations in an underground cavern only explored in the 1970's, or explore the Barbadian Sugar Plantation Houses, and visit the Flower Forest and Orchid World.Alternatively, have a fabulous lunch or sunset dinner cruise on the Harbourmaster or Tiami sipping rum punches whilst enjoying a fabulous sunset,or opt for a pirate cruise on the Jolly Roger.If you prefer a land based restaurant, then you could visit some of the spectacular restaurants that are to be found on the island, these include the renowned Tides restaurant, Calabaza and Fish Pot restaurants. Life does not get better than romantic candlelite dining at the sea's edge at these spectacular restaurants, all within walking distance of this apartment.
