Our 3 bed/2bath 3rd (top) floor self-catering apartment is in El Oasis de Marbella. This is a private complex set within lush subtropical gardens including a large swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. It is a short stroll from the Golden Mile Beach. It offers underground parking with lift access to the apartment and 24 hr. security.

This property is located in a quiet private location within the complex. It has two terraces, both looking towards the Saudi Royal Palace. It has a hot/cold air conditioning system and marble floors. The apartment is bright and airy. There is no need for air conditioning during the day with a lovely cross breeze from open windows and patio doors. Al-fresco dining can be enjoyed while listening to bird song from the nearby trees. It comfortably sleeps up to 6. There is a music system and T V.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, orange juicer and toaster.

The utility has a washer/dryer, clothes dryer, iron and board.

It consists of 3 bedrooms - 2 double beds and 2 single beds, comfortably sleeps 6

1. Master en-suite, with large (5') bed and new pocket sprung mattress

2. Bedroom with large (5') bed, new pocket sprung mattress and small private terrace

El Oasis de Marbella is situated in Southern Spain in Andalusia on the Costa del Sol. It is 350 metres from the beach 'La Milla de Oro' (the Golden Mile) where there are a number of bars and restaurants. It is situated between Marbella (2.5kms.) and Puerto Banus (1.5kms.) It is a 40/45 minute drive from Malaga Airport. It is located approximately 1 km. from motorway exit 176.

This area offers numerous restaurants, bars, hotels, nightclubs and sports facilities. The Puente Romano Hotel, The Marbella Club Hotel and Olivia Valere nightclub are close by. There is something to suit all tasts and budgets here. Fine dining, a casual meal with fresh fish and sangria, a takeaway meal or a lunchtime snack are all catered for.

This area enjoys an excellent climate with approximately 325 sunny days a year with an average annual temperature of 19.3 degrees Celsius.

Marbella, once a small fishing village is now reputed to be Costa del Sol`s most stylish resort with a variety of chic restaurants, bars and cafes. It still retains its historic 'old town' which is centered around the 'Plaza de Los Naranjos'. Many restaurants, specialty food shops, jewellery shops and designer boutiques are located here. Here is the ideal place to sip a coffee or glass of wine and 'watch the world go by'.

Puerto Banus is about a 15/20 minutes easy walk along the boardwalk. It has a fantastic marina along which are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. Stroll past those luxurious yachts or enjoy a meal while watching the Porsches and Ferraris cruising by.

The area also boasts numerous golf courses. Golf La Dama de Noche, Aloha Golf, Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and Los Naranjos Golf are nearby.

Marbella/Puerto Banus are wonderful shopping centers. La Canada, with over 150 shops is situated off the N340, in Marbella. El Corte Ingles at Puerto Banus is a major department store. Here you can buy tickets for different coach tours and excursions, concerts and shows.

While a car gives some advantages it is not essential. There is a direct reliable bus service from Malaga Airport to Marbella bus station. The apartment complex is a short taxi journey away. Local buses also operate in Marbella on a route from La Canada Shopping Centre to Puerto Banus.

Enjoy a day trip to Malaga and visit the Alcazaba or the Museo Picasso. Ronda is worth a visit as it retains much of its historic charm and enjoy the dramatic views. Gibraltar is 58 kms. away but remember to bring your passport!The Alhambra in Granada is a 2/3 hour drive and tickets must be pre booked. Seville is 134 kms. - maybe pack an overnight bag!

Take the children to Tivoli World, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Estepona or San Pedro Circus.

El Oasis is a perfect holiday location. While it is relaxing, safe and peaceful 'on site' there is the option to pursue a variety of activities due to its close proximity to the beach, golf courses and Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Its privileged location, unique climate and natural beauty resources make this 'oasis' an ideal base for couples, families or groups of friends to taste all the area has to offer.
