This open bay view, manufactured home is located at mile marker 93, in one of the Upper Keys most desirable neighborhoods, Hammer Point. Our canals are Gin clear as we say in the keys. The property is located less than hour from Miami International airport and less than two hours from famous Key West.
The Upper Keys is the sportfishing capital of the US and our backyard is the best flats fishing you can find. There are open views of Florida Bay and incredible Keys sunsets from the large, screened-in patio and from the 60 feet dock. Your ocean access is minutes away to Tavernier Creek, for world class diving and snorkeling, on our reefs and wrecks.
This spacious home features three large bedrooms and two full baths. There is a bonus room with a full keys bar, extra full size fridge, and a pull out couch that sleeps two. The kitchen is equipped with double ovens and a full island, that seats at least 8 people.

The location of this property is perfect!!!! Close to everything you need and want to do on land and in the water. The sunsets are wonderful, you have to see how clear the canal is, it is the best!!!! Very spacious, clean, comfortable and the owners are wonderful and very helpful with all your needs. We try and go down every year if possible. We would not stay any where else!!!
My husband has had many back surgeries making it difficult for him to get around so the single floor layout and open design was perfect for him. The interior has been decorated to make you feel as though you are visiting friends rather than being in a rental unit. Kitchen is well stocked for both cooking and eating. Beds were comfortable. Outside views are even better than the pictures.
It was a great location for biking, I was able to go to many restaurants and shops, visit Harry Harris park on the Atlantic Ocean and even, if feeling very ambitious, to go into Key Largo. Best part was the bike path along the highway so that traffic wasn't a concern.
Would love to return if my husband's health permits it.
Almost forgot, I was surprised to see that pets were permitted as the house showed no signs of hair, odors or any other sign of animals being inside.
I have had the pleasure of renting this property for two years now. It is very comfortable, easy access, great accomodations for you and your guests or family. We love the keys and hate to stay in hotels. This is very comfortable, private, relaxing etc. House was clean and well maintained. The owners were very accomodating, easy to work with and I would highly recommend it when you want to come to the keys!
I've stayed at this house on Hammer Point several times and each time has been amazing! The sunsets are beautiful! The access to restaurants and shopping is great. It is a quick boat trip to the sand bar, which is always a lot of fun! The house is very clean and spacious. The screened in deck is so nice to sit and eat and watch the sunsets! We've even seen manatees swimming by. You can't miss with this rental property! I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, good time!
Love this place, can't wait to get back!. Amazing views, close to the hot spots in the Keys. Lots do do near by or just stay home and enjoy the accommodations. Always clean, the owner is easy going and very helpful. Highly recommended!
Lovely, well stocked house with a great screened lanai and a very nice patio area. The pictures displayed on the listing are exactly what you see when when you get to the location. The view down the canal to the gulf is stunning and the sunsets are unforgetable. The interior of the house is clean and very comfortably furnished. Three bedrooms with very adequite closet and drawer space and two bathrooms. The location is easy to find and convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment areas. The no-name room (as the owners call the area) provides a nice relaxing place to have a pre-dinner libation. The owners are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I hope to visit there again soon.
