Charming garden apartment with barbecue and sun beds, situated in a quiet and gated small complex just 5 minutes walking to the beach and 2 minutes walking to the Torreblanca train station, bars and supermarket.
The apartment is totally renovated, fully equipped with good taste and is distributed as follows: Large living room with AIR CONDITIONING and access to the lovelly porch with awning and garden. Fully equipped and new kitchen. 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (to accommodate 5 people) and a bathroom. Master bedroom with access to the porch and garden. Ample storage for luggage. Bright apartment with sunny garden. South orientation with partial sea views.
Very well maintained community with pool, garden and parking if you have a car.
Casablanca is located in Torreblanca at the eastern end of Fuengirola. It is in a quiet location in a private gated community, but is only a 5 min walk from the blue flag beach and a range of waterfront restaurants and bars. Fuengirola town centre is 5 mins by train and Torreblanca station is a 2 min walk from the apartment. This also provides a direct link to Malaga airport which is 27 mins away. Fuengirola is a thriving resort with appeal for all age groups. It has great beaches, hundreds of restaurants & bars to cater for all requirements, a wide range of shops, a twice weekly market & dozens of nightclubs for those looking for the night life. For the children there is an aqua park & zoo in town & an amusement park and sea life centre in neighbouring Benalamadena. Marbella, Malaga, Mijas and Porto Banus can all be reached by car in 30 mins. Ronda, Gibralter & the lakes of El Chorro are also easily accessible by car or excursion & there are a range of golf courses along the coast.

Martin lives in Fuengirola (Malaga) he is a lawyer with a master's degree in International Trade from the University of Padua (Italy). When he finished his master's degree, he's taken up residence in Spain, where his family is now. After that, he set up a Law Firm called 'Vilas Lawyers S.L.L.' www.vilaslawyers.com and 'Your Property in Spain' real estate agency www.yourpropertyinspain.com, both with address in Los Boliches, Fuengirola. Since a few time ago, he's decided to create a website only for this properties he owns, in order to have a cordial relationship with the families who wish to spend a nice vacation in the Costa del Sol.

We just love martins apartment this is our 2nd family holiday here the revamp is fantastic such a hidden gem so clean everything you need is in this apartment martin is so helpfull apartment is close to train supermarket and the rovers and the garden is perfect for early morning sun and a coffee so peaceful and quiet we will definitely be back Martin thanks again for everything

I would highly recommend this property , bright and nicley decorated apartment well equipped kitchen real home from home. The position of the property was good ,near the beach and station but far away enough from the shops bars and restaurants for peace and quiet .There was a handy supermarket just 2 minutes walk away which was great . We were met at the station by Martin who was very warm and welcoming , a great start to a lovely holiday.
Have stayed in Martin's apartment twice. Lovely, clean and spacious. Right beside the train station and supermarket. Big bonus is the enclosed garden, great for children. Have nothing negative to say. We love this place.

Excellent property in a lovely location
Martin's apartment is in a lovely location, incredibly handy to train and close to a very reasonably priced supermarket (with a cash machine beside it). It's about 3min walk to the train and 5 min walk to the beach. The train is so handy for seeing some of the other towns along coast and so easy to get to and from the airport!
The apartment itself has everything you need, including some basics like oil, salt, washing powder and a tea towel - things we've found previously not always provided! The garden is lovely to catch the sun and there is a nice seating area with a canopy which was great for the kids. There is a small pool in the complex which was clean with toilets beside it and surprisingly warm water! The only downside on the pool was that inflatable lilos were not permitted, but I understand why as it's not that big and would impact on those who want to swim- just something to bear in mind if you're a family with small children who love pool floats!
We would definitely recommend the apartment to others. Also highly recommend Tanit restaurant in Torreblanca, we had the most incredible meal on the last night!
The apartment was lovely - just as shown on the listing. Very spacious and clean. Martin was very helpful. We rented a car and drove from the airport and Martin met us at the apartment. (We actually didn't need to rent a car, as the apartment is located very close to train station.) He showed us round and explained how everything worked. He even made sure i was connected to the free wi-fi before he left! He asked me to contact him if we needed anything during our stay, but we didn't need to. My favourite thing about the apartment was the small, private garden, which has a seating area and two sun beds. It has the sun for most of the day too. I am disabled and walk slowly, and was pleased to discover that I could walk to the beach in 20 minutes, although, walking back to the apartment took some effort as it is on a hill. There is a supermarket and a couple of bars within 5 minute walk. Food at Rovers Return is very good. By the beach, we ate at the Wessex bar and Cheers, both of which were great. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and hope to return next year.

A deposit of 50% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the booking. The balance to be paid at the arrival date. A security deposit will be required of 300€ against breakages, the return of the key and the flat being clean.
