At the beginning of the nineteenth century it was the residence of Bartolomeo Cenami, the main Squire of the Princess Elisa Baciocchi Bonaparte (Napoleon's sister). In 1823, it was then sold to Bernardini and to this day, thanks to the care of the current owners, is still in an excellent state of preservation. The house was part of the ownership of the Villa.
