The kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. The living room TV - LCD 32 ', DVD, CD, fan. The sunroom, allows to see the whole city, the harbor and the sea and has a dining table for 4 persons, breakfast, lunch and dinner with extraordinary views. The pool is equipped with tables, umbrellas, chairs, showers and sun loungers and has a children's pool. Free wifi zone in the pool.

Great apartment

Conveniently located, both to explore Las Palmas and Gran Canaria. Approximately 30 minute walk into the old town (Fegueta).

The apartment is clean and spacious with many amenities and the owner kindly filled the fridge with some supplies. Also close to (5 min walk) two small supermarkets and easy to park.

Good apartment with great views close to city.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped, but the main selling feature is the incredible view over the city to the sea beyond.

Gerardo the owner is very helpful, communication and booking were easy. He does airport transfers for 20 Euros each way which takes the stress and hassle out of the journey. On arrival he even does a tour of Las Palmas if you wish and is very good at pointing out all the local bus stops (very close to the apartment....recommend getting a discount ticket which allows you 10 journeys). Having said that, I walked to the old town/cathedral areas easily without using the bus.

Weather wasn't quite warm enough to use the communal pool, but it looked very clean and is close to the apartment. Note this is the only place to get free wifi - it's not in the apartment itself which I suppose could be slightly inconvenient, but I enjoyed sitting by the pool for an hour each evening logging on there. There was never anybody else around there - remember it is not a tourist complex but a residential block.

The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook a full meal if you like. The bubbly, beer and basic ingredients were welcomed. Throughout the apartment, little touches like the candles and binoculars to enjoy the view showed that a lot of thought has gone in to making visitors welcome.

It's important to stress that the apartment is up a steep hill and accessed by many stairs, so not suitable for elderly/restricted mobility or unfit visitoprs! However the description makes that clear...and a bit of effort is worth it for that incredible view.

For a single person or couple wanting a city base at a reasonable price away from the main touristy areas, this is a great choice.

Asunto tarjosi hyvän tukikohdan kuukauden Las Palmasin lomallemme. Taloyhtiön allasalue oli erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen. Asunto oli hyvin varusteltu, joskin keittiö oli aika pieni. Koska asunto on ylhäällä on portaitakin aika paljon, tosin alemmalta tieltä pääsee hissillä allasalueelle, josta vielä muutamat portaat asunnolle. Sijainniltaan puolessa välissä canterasin rantaa ja Trianan vanhaa kaupunkia, joihin noin 20min kävelymatka. Myös linja-autoasema, josta bussit lähtevät eripuolille saarta noin 15min, kävelymatkan päässä. Omistaja erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen.

Havsutsikt och takpanorama.

Välbelägen, trevlig lägenhet med tjusig utsikt mitt i staden. Rent och prydligt. Enkel men funktionell inredning. Lätt att parkera på gatan. Tjugo minuters promenad till yachthamnen eller den gamla staden.

Tillmötesgående och omtänksam värd.

Ok standard i förhållande till pris - kan rekommenderas.

Clean and comfortable in great location

We had a great week in Las Palmas. The apartment is well located for all areas of the city and is very well appointed with comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kitchen. Gerardo, the owner, collected us from the airport and gave us a quick guided tour of the city on the way to the apartment so that we knew where we needed to head for on our first morning to get those essential supplies.

However, he had very kindly already provided some items such as butter, jam etc.

We were delighted with all aspects of the location, including the pool area, and will have no hesitation in recommending this location. We have, also, already booked our next trip.

Apartamento agradable en una urbanización tranquila

Es un apartamento situado en una parte alta de la ciudad a unos 15 minutos, caminando, del barrio de Veguera y a más de 30 minutos de la zona nueva de Las Palmas.

Al ser una urbanización escalonada, -con amplias vistas hacia el mar-, tiene accesos a la calle superior con dos tramos de escaleras, un tramo hacia la piscina y varios tramos y un ascensor a la calle inferior.

La piscina en el mes de octubre está bien cuidada y mantenida

La dotación es para 2 personas, máximo 3. Equipamiento completo y detalles de bienvenida. El salón es amplio y con mucha luz. No así el dormitorio que resulta un poco oscuro. La cocina es pequeña.

El encargado ofrece información turística de la ciudad y de la isla.

En el entorno próximo se puede aparcar con facilidad.

La semana de estancia resultó positiva, pero quienes escojan el apartamento deben estar dispuestos a caminar.
